Karvachauth – A disaster and a new beginning (2S) Raglak (Part 1)… By Zuha

Hi guys I am back with another 2S and this time again to entertain you guys with my boring thoughts?…

The journey begins…

It was Karvachauth…And I was also fasting for my fiancee, Sanskaar Maheshwari… I was Damn hungry but my love for him resisted me from the temptations… And fianally Chanda Mama (Moon) came out and it was time to break the fast… after the pooja (prayer) I held the thali (plate) containing food and water… I was waiting for my Mr. Maheshwari and continuously eyeing the watch ⌚⌚ when someone broke out the news, “Sanskaar passed away in a car accident!!” Upon hearing it I was shattered, in utter shock I left the thali off my hands and it fell on the ground so do I leaving my conscious… whole Gadodia Family and Maheshwari family gathered around me and were concerned for me, my Dewar (not Dewar actually), Sanskaar’s brother held me in his arms and made me drink water and it was how I broke my first Karvachauth fast form his hands… my parents tell him that sometimes my BP gets low so he made me eat a chocolate (I am sorry if it is not making a connection coz I am not a science student so Please take it as it is, as it is just a story! ) and took me to the room…….. After a while the doctor arrived and after she examined me and later told my family that due to shock I lost my consciousness and they should take my extra care as I was in dellima… she left… After few hours I woke up with a scream, “SANSKAAR!!” That time my mom, Sharmishtha was by my side and I hugged her in fear… she pacified me and made me sleep……

The next day….. it was Sanskaar’s last rituals I was shouting, screaming as they burn my Sanskaar into ashes… But yes he was alive in my heart and will forever… I was in dellima of loosing him and my family and SanLak’s family was also concerned for me but moreover they were concerned of my marriage… They thought to marry with Laksh… SERIOUSLY??!?!? He is like my brother… When my family talked about it I refused but due to the pressure I agreed…

Finally the marriage day!!

The preprations were going on full swings, all were excited except for me… I don’t know about Laksh! I was all ready in a beautiful golden lehnga with heavy gold jewellery over it, yet I think I was looking elegant… but tears were rolling down my eyes as Sanskaar flashed in my life… everyone left me alone as the Baarat (Groom and its family) arrived… I continued sobbing……………
