Thapki Pyaar Ki 31st May 2016 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
The Episode starts with Thapki asking Bihaan for his phone. She asks them to stand close, I will take photo. Bihaan gets shocked. Sheena says not a bad idea. Thapki takes their photo. Ranjhana…………plays…………. Bihaan looks at her. She returns the phone. She asks them to come for lunch, Vasundara said Sheena likes pickles, I will get Barni. Sheena says I will come along. They leave. Bihaan says till when will you hide this Thapki, you have to say truth some day, to yourself and me, even if I have to use wrong methods to make you confess.
Sheena asks Thapki why is she not accepting her help. Thapki says you are guest here, you should not get trouble. Bihaan says trouble can’t happen till I m here. Sheena asks where did you go. He says I went to buy this gift, so that sunlight does not trouble. Thapki smiles. Bihaan gifts sunglasses to Sheena. Sheena says give this to Thapki, she is standing under sun. He says I will get for Thapki too, for now, its for you. He asks Thapki how does it look. Thapki says very nice. He looks at her. She goes. He thinks Thapki is jealous, but not showing her feelings, I will not quit. He stops Sheena and says I will make you wear sunglasses. Thapki gets jealous and goes. He sees her gone and gets worried. He makes Sheena wear the shades.
Suman tells everyone that Bihaan and Thapki are going to eat in same plate today. Dadi says if this happens, then it will be proved that we are doing right thing. Shraddha thinks to tell Thapki the truth. Sheena and Bihaan come and join everyone. Sheena asks for Thapki. Thapki comes. Vasundara says lets see Thapki and Bihaan eat in same plate or not. Bihaan sits closer to Sheena. Thapki gets angry. She gives plates to everyone. Thapki keeps a plate for Bihaan and her. Everyone smile. Suman asks Thapki where is her plate, will Bihaan and she have food in same plate. Thapki says this is my plate, I will eat food in this. They all get puzzled.
Preeti asks is one plate less. Thapki says Bihaan and Sheena had food in same plate since childhood, so they will have food in same plate today. They all look on. Bihaan gets shocked. Sheena has to agree infront of Thapki. Thapki serves food to Dadi. Thapki eats food. Bihaan has to share food with Sheena. He just takes a bite and leaves the food, passing plate to Sheena. Thapki gets teary eyed and says I m also done. Dadi asks her not to leave food.
Thapki makes excuse and leaves. Vasundara asks Suman shall I get banarasi saree for you, this happened because of you, you said wrong things to Thapki. Suman says I did not. Vasundara says Thapki was making Bihaan and Sheena eat from same plate. Preeti says we have to think of some awesome idea. Dadi gets an idea. She says if one tablet does not work on any illness, dose is increased, we will also increase our dose on Thapki. Vasundara asks but what will we do.
Dadi and Vasundara call a pandit. They wait for Thapki. Thapki gets tea and gives to pandit. Dadi asks pandit for shubh mahurat. Pandit says there is a shubh mahurat. Thapki asks for what, is there a puja. Vasundara says this mahurat is for something else. Dadi asks Thapki how is this saree. Thapki smiles and says its very beautiful. Dadi says bride will wear this saree on mahurat. Thapki asks who is the bride. Dadi says Sheena, who else. Vasundara says we decided to get Bihaan and Sheena engaged. Thapki gets shocked.
Thapki asks why to hurry for engagement. Vasundara asks do you have any problem. Thapki says no. Vasundara says we have to make engagement rings too. Thapki gets upset and goes. Dadi and Vasundara smile. Shraddha cleans the floor and is irritated. She gets to hear Vasundara talking to Suman and Preeti, about their plan to get Thapki and Bihaan together. Vasundara gives some work to Suman and Preeti, and asks them not to do any mistake. Shraddha thinks to flop their plan.
Thapki is worried in her room. She says if arrangements started, then engagement will happen, Bihaan does not know why Sheena came here, I will tell him everything. Bihaan comes to room. Thapki tries to tell him. He says I m going to get Preeti’s pearl necklace repaired. She says I have to say something. He says you made me and Sheena eat from same plate, is there anything else. She asks him to listen.
Precap:
Bihaan asks Thapki to get an answer for him before the diya blows off, else this engagement will happen. She goes to him with a diya and says I love you Bihaan. He shows the mirror and says you were my bride, you are and you will be always my bride. Ranjhana…..plays…………

I’m in the UK too. Watch Thapki every evening at 8pm on Rishtey Europe. Most days I watch earlier on line simply because I can’t wait til 8! I wonder how many other’s on this board are in the UK… In fact, it would be interesting to know how many (and which) countries people are watching TPK from. I will be going home to the Caribbean for the summer and I will definitely be watcing TPK (on-line) from there!
I don’t know k what Thapki has decided for her future i mean she doesn’t wanna live with bihaan she doesn’t wanna leave bihaan she doesn’t have anything to do in her future she doesn’t wanna confess she doesn’t wanna get bihaan engaged with anyone else So annoying…y she’s feeling so shy or what yr…Bihaan is asking for answer whatever she feels but god knows what she’s cooking in her mind…She’s is just playing with Bihaan’s feelings…she always does so n i think confession episode would b his dream sequence coz tpk team also expert in playing with feelings of viewers…hoping for good..

i really liked today’s episode..thapki is showing lots of inner strength. it was in your face scene when she had them eat from the same plate. becaiuse bhiaan is paying so much attention to his best friend,sheena .why not play along and encourage them. and she proved her point by bhiaan not enjoying his meal. loved that part.. go thapki

I quite enjoyed this evening’s episode. Dadi Ma is becoming my fave character; she really makes me laugh! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THAPKI AND BIHAAN SAY TO EACH OTHER DURING THE PRECAP? They are holding diyas, Thapki tells Bihaan she loves him, but what does he say in response? I really need to learn Hindi. It’s a real pain not being to understand what anyone is saying 😉

Full and comprehensive subtitles are provided on Rishtey. Just access them through your remote and you won’t miss a thing.
I watch TPK on the Rishtey Europe channel via Freesat from the UK. Unfortunately, there are no subtitles for any of the programmes that I watch e.g. TPK, Kassam, Madhubala, Bandini, Phulwar. I got into watching Hindi soaps when I accidentally stumbled upon ‘Na aana is des laado,’ which was fully subtitled (and excellent!) If it were not for the written updates (and the lovely ladies on this site e.g. Anu, Thapki etc) I would be lost.
All of them are subtitled. You just have to turn own your subtitles using your remote. If you could tell me which tv and the type of remote you have I could describe to you how to access the subtitles even on Freesat.
Bea, thanks for your messages. I contacted Freesat who emailed me back to say that; “Unfortunately the channel Rishtey does not broadcast subtitles. As to whether a channel broadcasts subtitles is shown by the ‘Sub’ icon on the EPG. This is out of Freesat’s control and would be down to the broadcaster. You may wish to contact the channel Rishtey direct for further information etc.” I have sent an email to Rishtey; not sure when or if they will bother to respond. For what it’s worth, I’m just grateful for this site and the kind people who help people like me out (yourself included) Thanks again, Bea. By the way, if I ever manage to get the subtitles sorted out, I will definitely let you know xxx
