Doctors give simar CPR but she loses her breath.
Simar’s operation is on going. Simar is losing her breath. Prem shouts simar.. Everyone is scared. Sid says Roli come you need rest. Roli says I will stand in temple until my didi is okay. Sid says she is fine.
Prem says this can’t happen, you have to come back for me and kids simar. Everyone is in a shock to see simar’s condition. Roli screams give me my didi back God.
Mataji says what are doctors saying. Roli’s stitches start bleeding. Roli says give me death inseatd of my didi. Her life is more precious than mine. Take my life and return my didi’s.

Prem recalls his moments with simar. Roli says she was there for me all the time. Roli keeps crying. Simar gets her breath back. Mataji says prem look there, simar opened her eyes. Amar says she is conscious.
Sid comes to roli and tells her that simar is conscious. Roli says thank God. She faints. Sid screams roli..He picks her up.
Doctors say this was miracle. We lost hope.
Sankalp and sid pick roli and take her to emergency. Sankalp comes to doctor and says please hurry up come with me Roli is not okay. Simar says take me to my roli. They put her on a wheelchair.
Doctor says to simar you shouldn’t have come here. Simar says I wanna see my roli. Tell me how she is. He says her operation was successful but she relapsed. Her internal bleeding started again. She was stressed because of you. Simar says save her please. He says sorry she doesn’t have a lot of time. Everyone is shocked.

Precap-Roli says sing that song for me didi one last time. Simar sings the song ‘phuloon ka taroon ka’.
