NEIL: Chashni don’t be sad. We will convince your parents don’t lose your hope.
RADHIKA: yes neil u r right I think I should talk about this to my parents. I hope they will understand about this.
He nodded his head and decided to drop her home. On the way to home neil received a message stating that he have to reach office immediately to attend a meeting. He said sorry to radhika for not droping her home. She said it’s okay and concentrate in your meeting I will handle this issue. He wished her all the best and left the place. Radhika hired an auto and reached her home.

PLACE: HOME (RISHIKESH)

Dadaji was eagerly waiting outside for radhika. Her father dilip and mother mala also reached their home from temple and was eagerly waiting for her. When she entered the home all were looking eagerly into her face. She understood their emotions and said them that she got this job.
All were very much excited and congratulated her with full happiness. But she continued “I HAVE TO WORK IN MUMBAI”. Hearing to her words they felt shattered. There was a big silence among them. Her father broke the silence and continued choti u cannot go to Mumbai and work there alone. It is impossible to leave you alone in Mumbai so stop dreaming and decline this opportunity.

Hearing this words radhika felt much disappointed as she knew her father will never agree for this. But she remembered her promise to neil and decided to convince her parents.
RADHIKA: papa please try to understand from my situation. It’s a big opportunity I can never lose this. U only said to me that we can go to any extent to fullfill our dreams and carrier. U growed me up u gave me each and everything I wanted. I thought u r not only my father but my friend who can understand my feelings. I know that I will never disappoint you. Please give me a chance to prove myself. She had tears in her eyes saying this.

Dilip felt a bit convinced after listening her words. He said he need some time to take decision. They agreed to his words and left him alone.

PLACE: NEIL’S OFFICE
NEIL WAS WAITING INSIDE THE MEETING ROOM WITH HIS COLLEAGUES MADDY, RAHUL, NIROSHA AND WITH OTHER OFFICIALS.
NEIL: why r we waiting here? Any special meeting but no one informed me about this.
MADDY: neil I too don’t know anything but our manager was very nervous today. He said to me that today an important person is going to come and we should be prepared for that.

ALL WERE IN THEIR OWN DISCUSSIONS SUDDENLY LIGHT WENT OFF AND A PERSON CAME INSIDE WALKING. HE WAS VERY TALL AND HAD A PERFECT PHYSIQUE. ALL WERE EAGERLY LOOKING AT HIM.
The manager of the office came and introduced the man to them “MEET MR.ARJUN MEHRA THE NEW M.D. OF OUR OFFICE”. All were astonished hearing this. They had many questions inside them neil including himself many questions himself. he felt a bit confused.

ARJUN : hi friends and dear colleagues I am your new M.D. u might have surprised to see a new M.D before you and might think how to work with an unfamiliar M.D. so let me introduce myself.

“i am arjun mehra mba student from college of london. i bought this company as a part of mehra group of industries.i hope i don’t need to explain to you about my family since we are professional. i am a short tempered and frank person. you may think that i am a bit rude but i don’t care about that. i want each and every one of you to work properly and complete your work in time.
he took a deep breath and continued i hope you understood my words and you can go back to work thank you.”

After saying this he left the place followed by managers.
NEIL: what a weird man? But seems to be so strict and energetic. It’s going to be really a different experience working under him.
RAHUL: yes neil u r right I think we should leave now. Maddy, nirosha please bring the new recruitment orders to our cabin.
They nodded their head and left the place. After listening about the recruitment neil thought about radhika and decided to call her. But she didn’t reply him as she left her home in
audition room. Neil got tensed since she didn’t reply him. So he decided to go to home and meet radhika.

PLACE: AUDITION ROOM
As arjun was sitting in the room he heard a mobile ringtone and found a mobile on the table. He was already angry thinking about his past so he decided to leave the phone there. But something hesitated him to see the phone. He took the phone and tried to open it. He found radhika’s face in the wallpaper and smiled unknowingly. But suddenly he stopped his smiling and kept the phone I his pocket. He remembered his promise to someone and decided to concentrate on it.
