Tulsi sits in the temple, distressed, and tells Hemant that she wants to go back home. Hemant stops her, explaining that Mihir is furious over Angad’s actions, and returning now would only escalate the situation. Tulsi insists she needs to speak with Mitali to understand why she suddenly withdrew from telling the truth about not wanting to marry Angad. Hemant warns her that confronting Mitali will only worsen matters.
Meanwhile, Malti sees the news of Angad and Vrinda’s marriage on television and becomes overjoyed. She immediately begins dreaming of buying a new home in Bandra with her daughter-in-law Supriya. Just then, Angad and Vrinda arrive. Malti pretends to be shocked but quickly embraces them. She then wonders aloud why no one from the Virani family came with the newly married couple. Vrinda reveals that Mihir refused to accept their marriage, severing all ties with them, and now they have nowhere to go. Hearing this, Malti collapses in shock.
On the other side, Mihir keeps drinking heavily despite Kiran’s repeated attempts to stop him.
Vrinda’s brother offers Angad and Vrinda shelter at his small chawl home, though Malti and Supriya clearly disapprove of the idea.
At the Virani house, Suchitra calls Mihir in panic, informing him that Noina has left the house in a disturbed state. She tells him Noina is devastated over Angad breaking his engagement to Mitali and has gone toward a nearby bridge. Terrified, Mihir rushes there immediately.
Reaching the bridge, Mihir sees Noina standing on the edge, ready to jump. He yells for her to come down, pleading with her to stop. But Noina, sobbing uncontrollably, says that because of what happened to Mitali, her life has fallen apart. “I failed my daughter,” she cries. “I don’t deserve to live.”
Before Mihir can reach her, Noina jumps. Without hesitation, Mihir dives into the water after her.
At the same moment, Tulsi suddenly wakes up, sensing something is terribly wrong.
Precap: Hemant tells Tulsi that Mihir’s phone is unreachable, and Angad is deeply worried about his mother.
