The episode begins with the doctor firmly instructing Hetal to leave, reminding her that she is not allowed near Suhas after her previous misconduct. Hetal puts on her usual dramatic act, but Dr. Khanna remains strict. He informs Anvita that only one person can stay with Suhas overnight and walks away.
Hetal sneaks in for a quick moment with Suhas and beams with joy upon seeing him awake. Meanwhile, Anvita asks her siblings who will stay with Suhas for the night. One by one, they offer silly excuses and quietly slip out. Anvita and Hetal stand confused, while Diya tries to hide her mischievous smile — clearly she knows what’s coming next.
Elsewhere, Virat gathers Anvita’s siblings. With complete sincerity, he tells them he intends to propose to Anvita. They bombard him with questions. One by one, he answers them honestly, winning their trust. Finally, the siblings approve him wholeheartedly. Virat is overjoyed. He begins explaining his proposal plan, but Bandya quickly shuts the window, preventing Hetal — who is eavesdropping — from learning anything. Unable to hear the rest, Hetal walks away frustrated.
The next morning, the kids decorate the house excitedly to welcome Suhas home after the surgery. Hetal asks where Anvita is, and Siddhu tells her Anvita went to bring Suhas from the hospital.
Just then, Hetal receives a threatening call from Dharmendra. He demands she hand over her three children within two days. Terrified, Hetal promises she will. Her mind spins as she tries to find a way out. In panic, she calls Sanjay and reveals that Virat is planning to propose to Anvita. Sanjay is stunned.
Anvita returns with Suhas, who receives a warm, emotional welcome. But the moment he hears about his strict diet plan, he becomes sulky and cranky, making the family laugh despite the tension.
Meanwhile, Sanjay learns of a man named Rohit involved in selling stolen cars and suspects Virat’s involvement. He recalls Virat’s earlier conversation with his mother and orders his officers to investigate Virat’s link immediately.
At home, Hetal packs her bags, preparing to secretly run away with the children. Just then, she hears Suhas calling her. She quickly switches to her emotional act, pretending to be affectionate so she can rebuild Anvita’s trust — the only way she can escape easily.
Later, Diya takes Anvita to a decorated spot and asks her to close her eyes. When Anvita opens them, she sees Virat standing before her. She thanks him for helping her through every storm and even asks if he will resume his MBBS studies. Virat finally gathers courage and proposes marriage. Anvita freezes, speechless.
Her siblings and Diya arrive and cheer for her to accept his proposal. Virat looks at her with hope in his eyes as she struggles to find her words.

Saurav hands over the stolen car keys to Siddhu and Bandya. Siddhu convinced Bandya to try the expensive car — unaware the danger ahead. Sanjay spots the car and, not knowing the boys are inside, aims his gun at them. Virat scolds Saurav and orders him to retrieve the car immediately. Just then, Virat receives a shocking phone call.
