The Episode starts with Dr. Kavya briefing Anvita and the family about Suhas’s critical condition. The news hits Anvita hard. She breaks down, shaking with fear. Virat steps closer, trying to comfort her with calm words, but she collapses into his arms in sheer panic. He hugs her tightly, grounding her, and the rest of the siblings join in, creating a circle of support. Watching this, Sanjay stands aside, devastated and hurt.
Moments later, the doctor returns with life-changing news — the liver transplant has been successful. Suhas is safe. The entire family bursts into relief and gratitude, their tears suddenly turning warm and hopeful. They will be allowed to meet him soon.
Little Chidiya immediately requests that Hetal be allowed to meet Suhas too. Anvita gently explains that once Suhas wakes up, she’ll talk to the authorities. Just when she says this, Hetal walks in disguised, trying to sneak into the hospital. Anvita scolds her, but Chidiya runs and hugs her excitedly. Before Hetal can attempt anything else, the hospital staff ask her to leave, and she reluctantly walks away.
Somewhere else, Virat meets Saurav and asks for help in committing one last major theft — stealing an expensive car. Saurav is shocked and questions why he would risk his life again. Virat quietly reveals that he’s doing this to secure his future with the woman he loves. Saurav gives in and agrees.
Hetal tries to tail Virat as instructed by Sanjay, but fails miserably. Sanjay grows irritated but senses something big. Determined to catch Virat red-handed, he takes one of his junior officers and sets off to track him.
Meanwhile at the hospital, Anvita checks Suhas’s medical expenses and then overhears a nurse talking about Bandya’s DNA report. Confused and shaken, she takes the file to Dr. Khanna to understand the truth. As she reads the report, Sanjay’s junior officer informs him that his doubts about Virat might indeed be right. Sanjay promises to expose Virat no matter what.
Anvita then goes to Bandya and gently explains the DNA findings. She reassures him that he is, and will always remain, an integral part of their family. Bandya breaks down, relieved to feel truly seen and accepted.
At the same time, Virat makes his move. He steals the luxury car flawlessly and hands it over to Saurav. His face is tense—not out of fear, but determination. He wants a future he can proudly offer Anvita.
Back at the hospital, Suhas regains consciousness. The siblings rush to him. Suhas jokes about wanting alcohol again, prompting all of them to plead with him to take care of his health. He holds Anvita’s hand and expresses his gratitude with moist eyes.
