Mannat frantically searches for Aishwarya and finally discovers her hiding in a dimly lit room. Realizing the danger, she immediately alerts Dhairya. Moments later, Dhairya arrives and aims his gun at Aishwarya, warning her to surrender peacefully. But instead of giving up, Aishwarya grabs a nearby child and holds a knife to him, threatening to kill the boy if anyone comes closer. Horrified, Dhairya and Mannat plead with her not to harm the innocent child. In a sudden move, Aishwarya releases the boy and grabs Mannat instead, pressing the knife against her throat. She threatens to kill Mannat, her voice trembling with rage. Dhairya orders her to drop the knife immediately, but Aishwarya screams that Mannat has destroyed her life and vows not to spare her. Dhairya warns her that if she doesn’t surrender, she won’t leave the place alive.
Meanwhile, at the same time, Gagan stops Mallika as she tries to leave the house. He sternly tells her that she is not allowed to go out. Mallika argues that she knows he doesn’t trust her and regrets helping her mother earlier. She says she has no intention of doing so again. Mallika insists that Aishwarya harbors a deep hatred for Shruthi, and if she has escaped from jail, she would go straight to confront Shruthi — not to meet her. Realizing that Mallika’s reasoning might be right, Gagan decides to go warn Shruthi about the danger.
Before leaving, Gagan instructs Mallika to stay in her room and not to step outside. Mallika nods obediently, but as soon as Gagan leaves, she attempts to sneak out. Neetu spots her and immediately locks her inside, leaving Mallika furious and trapped.
Back at the hideout, Vikrant arrives and pleads with Aishwarya to release Mannat. Trying to distract her, he slowly moves closer and suddenly pulls Mannat away from Aishwarya’s grip. In that tense moment, Dhairya fires a shot — hitting Aishwarya. She collapses to the floor as everyone freezes in shock. A woman disguised as a nurse, actually Vishaka in disguise, rushes in and declares that Aishwarya is dead before quickly leaving the scene. Mannat stands stunned and speechless as Vikrant tries to comfort her. Another doctor later examines Aishwarya and confirms her death. Mannat breaks down in tears, devastated by the turn of events. Dhairya apologizes to her, deeply remorseful for what happened, and tries to console her. As Vikrant continues to comfort her, Mannat loses consciousness and faints in his arms.
Later, at Shruthi’s house, Shruthi sits quietly, gazing at a ring in her hand. Tears fill her eyes as memories resurface. Neetu notices her emotional state and asks what’s wrong. Shruthi says she had saved money for months to buy that expensive ring for Aishwarya, knowing how much her sister loved luxury. She confides that she had raised Aishwarya with love and care — even though Aishwarya never saw her as a true sister, being blinded by greed. Neetu apologizes for her past actions, admitting that most people wouldn’t have spoken to Shruthi after the way she once treated her. Shruthi softly replies that everyone makes mistakes — it’s part of being human — and says she has forgiven her. Touched, Neetu praises Shruthi for her big heart and emotionally asks her to accept her as an elder sister.
Meanwhile, Dhairya questions the hospital staff, demanding the details of the doctor who first declared Aishwarya dead. The nurse nervously explains that she was the only duty doctor present at the time. Growing suspicious, Dhairya makes a mental note of it. Later, Vikrant brings the unconscious Mannat home and informs everyone about Aishwarya’s death, leaving the entire family stunned.
