Mallika confides in Vishaka that they must reveal the truth to Vikrant before Mannat gets the chance. She insists that if they expose the truth first, Vikrant will trust them more, giving them the upper hand. According to Mallika, their early confession will make it appear as though they never intended to hide anything from him. Vishaka finds the plan clever but wonders how they can execute it, especially since Mannat constantly interferes with her schemes. Mallika reassures her that Mannat is not at home, making this the perfect moment to act. Vishaka praises Mallika’s sharp mind and agrees to proceed.
Meanwhile, Roni lovingly admires Vikrant’s picture and expresses his deep affection for him. On the other hand, Neetu tearfully confesses her love for her son, admitting that she made mistakes in the past but has always loved him dearly.
Elsewhere, Dadi wishes to meet Dhairya, who happens to be nearby. She tries to alert him, but the nurse stops her, scolding her for creating a disturbance. Dadi pleads to be allowed to speak to Dhairya, but the nurse refuses.
At the same time, Mannat is distributing Diwali gifts to the elderly. Dhairya, meanwhile, demands that the compounder provide the list and identification details of the patients. When the nurse insists that no one from the hospital has contacted him, Dhairya disagrees. He explains that someone from this very place called him, urgently wanting to speak with him—perhaps connected to one of his old cases. Observing his tension, Mannat grows concerned.
A reporter clicks Mannat’s picture as she distributes gifts. Mannat stops her, explaining that her actions come from the heart and she doesn’t want publicity. The reporter responds that she originally came for a different story, but Mannat’s kindness moved her. She insists on covering this act, suggesting that it might inspire others to donate as well. Reluctantly, Mannat agrees.
Later, Vishaka enacts Mallika’s plan. She drinks fake blood and pretends to cough violently, alarming Neetu and Roni. As they rush to her aid, Mallika discreetly records everything. Pretending to be at death’s door, Vishaka dramatically declares that she wants to hug her son one last time, accusing Neetu and Roni of separating her from Aman. Her words are meant to stir guilt and confusion, deepening the tension in the Saluja house.
Meanwhile, Mannat notices another woman coughing nearby and rushes to fetch medicine. The nurse grows anxious, realizing that Dadi is upstairs and must not be seen by Mannat. However, Dadi pushes the nurse away and runs off, determined to escape. The compounder quickly informs the nurse about her disappearance.
Back at the Saluja house, Vishaka continues her act, creating chaos by dredging up painful memories. She twists the past, accusing Neetu of being responsible for her suffering and framing her as the villain. Neetu, emotionally shaken, admits she made mistakes but defends herself, arguing that Vishaka was never a good mother to Aman. She claims that under her care, Aman received love, luxury, and proper upbringing, eventually becoming a successful businessman. Neetu accuses Vishaka of being greedy and heartless, saying she sold her son for money. Vishaka, in turn, lies that Dadi sold Aman, claiming she was a helpless victim at the time.
Neetu counters furiously, saying that had she known Vishaka’s true nature, she would have taken Dhairya along with Vikrant back then. Their argument intensifies as Mallika records the entire confrontation, ensuring they have proof to manipulate later.
Elsewhere, the nurse spots Dadi and tries to capture her, but Dadi resists. Mallika and Vishaka decide that they will reveal the “truth” to Vikrant publicly at the upcoming Mezbani event to win his sympathy. Unbeknownst to them, Shalini overhears their sinister plan and resolves to warn Mannat.
As events collide, Mannat catches sight of the nurse attacking Dadi and rushes in to save her — just as the tangled web of lies and revelations is about to unravel.
