Vikrant gives Neetu her medicine and gently reminds her to take it on time. Neetu, emotional, asks if he will ever leave her. Vikrant reassures her, saying she should never think that way—he would never abandon his mother. He tells her that though Vishaka gave birth to him, Neetu is his true mother, and he would never let her down. Calling her the cutest mom in the world, he expresses his love warmly. Watching them, Roni admires their bond and tells Neetu that she’s lucky to have such a devoted son. Vikrant smiles and replies that he’s the lucky one for having them as his parents. Before leaving, he asks Neetu to call him if she needs anything, and Roni promises her that Vikrant will never leave them for Vishaka.
Later, Mannat questions Dhairya about his investigation into Vishaka. Dhairya says he still needs time but will soon give her a full report. He adds that Vishaka doesn’t seem to be lying, though the entire situation feels suspicious. Mannat’s doubts about Vishaka deepen, and Dhairya excuses himself.
Meanwhile, Vishaka brings food for Vikrant, insisting that he hasn’t eaten since morning and must be hungry. Vikrant politely tells her she doesn’t need to do all this and should rest instead. Vishaka lovingly says that as his mother, it’s her duty to care for him. She reminds him how she used to feed him when he was a child and narrate stories. Vikrant apologizes, saying he doesn’t remember any of it. Vishaka softly replies that it’s because she wasn’t there with him, which is why he has forgotten.
At that moment, Mannat walks in and sees Vishaka feeding Vikrant. Vishaka takes the opportunity to manipulate him, saying that Neetu is too obsessed with him and her overprotectiveness is worsening her health. She adds that Neetu hasn’t changed at all and that her anger has made her fall sick again. Mannat immediately realizes that Vishaka is trying to turn Vikrant against Neetu with bad intentions. She quietly leaves, but Vishaka senses someone was watching her.
Later, Vishaka hums a tune happily, and Mannat joins her in singing. When Vishaka asks what she’s doing there, Mannat confronts her directly, asking if she really came to reunite the family—because what she saw was the opposite. Vishaka denies it, claiming she would never speak against her own son. Mannat firmly reminds her that Neetu is Vikrant’s mother, while Vishaka is only his aunt by heart. She warns Vishaka that Vikrant loves Neetu deeply and that she will never allow anyone to hurt him. Mannat vows to protect Vikrant and walks away.
Dhairya then confronts Vishaka, telling her to change her style of dressing because she doesn’t look like a mother at all. He warns her to leave before Mannat exposes her truth, calling Mannat too clever to be deceived. Vishaka, however, scoffs and says Mannat isn’t a good match for Vikrant—and she will separate them within two days.
Meanwhile, Shruthi expresses her joy and gives advice to Mannat. Roni looks for Vikrant so he can hand over a gift to Mannat. At the same time, Vishaka arranges the sargi for Mannat and tells Vikrant that Neetu refused to give it to her. She insists that Mannat has every right to ask her mother-in-law for the sargi and, as Vikrant’s other mother-in-law, she will personally give it to her. Her words anger Vikrant against Neetu.
Later, when Roni tries to give the sargi to Mannat, Vishaka stops him, saying it should come from the mother-in-law. Roni refuses, explaining that it’s Neetu’s right. Vikrant complains that Neetu denied taking up that right, while Mannat realizes that Vishaka is deliberately creating a scene. She calmly tells Roni to give her the sargi as a father, defusing the tension Vishaka tried to create.
Precap: Neetu loses her temper and slaps Shruthi, then publicly humiliates Mannat. Misled by the situation, Vikrant misunderstands Mannat’s intentions and angrily shouts at her. Deeply hurt by his lack of trust, Mannat decides to end her relationship with Vikrant.
