Kailash questions Sarada, asking how he could ever put his son in danger, insisting he would never think ill of him. Sarada calls him double-minded, while Abhishek intervenes, reminding them that they are one family and should stop arguing, especially since Arohi’s life is at risk. Kailash admits he might have agreed to take Arohi’s hand for Abhishek but regrets that he chose Sarada’s daughter, acknowledging his mistake. Sarada rejects his concern and tells him to withdraw his VVIP barat. When Kailash humiliates her family, she fires back confidently, declaring that her daughter is blessed by God and will overcome this hurdle without stepping into their house.
Sarada explains that Arohi could have faced hardships in their home, but divine protection kept her safe. Abhishek pleads for them to stop, but Sarada dismisses him, refusing to see his “fake love” for her daughter. Kailash urges them to stop wasting time and leave, but Abhishek refuses to let Arohi go in her current state. Anuradha questions his sudden behavior, while Sarada notes that Abhishek, who came to seek Arohi’s hand, is now hesitating, exposing his family’s true nature.
As the operation is about to begin, the doctor asks for signatures on the consent form. Abhishek prepares to sign, but Sarada steps in, declaring that the wedding isn’t over yet. Her father signs the form, and she demands that Abhishek step back. The doctor informs them that Arohi wishes to speak with him.
In the OT, Arohi tells Abhishek she wants to see him before the surgery, unsure if it may be the last time. He reassures her that nothing will happen. She worries that the surgery could prevent her from being his partner in life. Abhishek firmly tells her she is his life partner—chosen by his mother, loved through friendship and trials, and almost at the cusp of their wedding. Seeking her permission to make her his wife, he hesitates but applies vermilion on her hairline in front of everyone, promising her that his mother will accept her as her daughter-in-law.
The surgery begins. Kailash scolds Abhishek for his bold act, and Sarada also blames him. Kailash and Sarada argue, but Abhishek stands firm: Arohi is his wife, and he will not go back on his word.
Precap: Sarada decides against sending Arohi to the Deewan house, but Arohi tries to convince her mother. Meanwhile, Kailash attempts to prevent Abhishek from entering his home.
