Shashwat looks at Pihu with pride, acknowledging that she has become mature. Pihu replies that she had no choice and promises to take care of herself from now on. Curious, Shashwat asks her about Anurag and Ishani. Pihu explains that Ishani is completing the discharge formalities and reminds him how much Ishani and Anurag have done for them. Shashwat warns her never to let ego rule her life, admitting that his own ego led him to betrayal. He asks hopefully if they can now go home. Pihu informs him that Ishani suggested filing a case against Nandini so that no one can throw them out until the court’s verdict is given. Shashwat, weighed down with remorse, admits he does not know how to face Ishani. Gently, Pihu advises him to apologize wholeheartedly, and she reveals that Ishani has even agreed to stay at their house. Shashwat is left stunned by this unexpected news.
Meanwhile, at the reception, Ishani is told she must pay the bills before discharge. With urgency, she offers her bangles as security. The receptionist scoffs, saying this is a hospital, not a jewelry shop. After consulting her senior, she reluctantly agrees to keep the bangles and asks Ishani to sign the discharge papers. Ishani thanks her with relief. Soon, Pihu wheels Shashwat into the lobby. Ishani softly asks how he is feeling. Overcome, Shashwat tells her that despite him tormenting her so much in the past, she still came to help him. With tears streaming down, he asks if she could ever forgive him. Ishani consoles him not to burden himself with stress and says they can discuss everything at home, as she needs time to process.
At that moment, Siddharth arrives and greets Pihu before introducing himself to Shashwat. Curious, Shashwat asks how Siddharth knows Pihu, and Siddharth explains that they met the previous night when Pihu was praying for him. Ishani then introduces herself, and Pihu quickly adds that Ishani is her best friend. Ishani warmly invites Siddharth to their home for lunch or dinner. Siddharth cheerfully admits that he is a foodie who dislikes restaurant food and would love to taste Pihu’s cooking. Ishani praises Pihu’s culinary skills, making Pihu blush. Siddharth shares his number with her and takes hers in return, leaving with a smile. Afterward, Ishani teases Pihu, saying Siddharth is quite handsome, making Pihu laugh.
Shashwat then anxiously asks Ishani about the hospital bills. She reassures him that she has managed everything, and urges them to head home.
Later, Raj didi warmly welcomes Shashwat, expressing joy at seeing him healthy once again. She remarks that their family finally feels complete. Ishani, however, clarifies that she is only staying temporarily and will leave once Shashwat fully recovers. Raj didi reflects that their suffering was God’s way of punishing them for how they treated Ishani in the past. Shashwat agrees, saying they should feel grateful for the second chance life has given them to correct their mistakes. With deep regret, he admits that he had lost the true diamond, which he was searching for everywhere—hinting at Ishani’s value in his life.
