Vaidya Vishwanath realizes that he has separated Bholenaath from Kailash and his family, acknowledging that he has become selfish in his concern for the villagers. A villager admits they never knew about Vishwanath’s son, while another adds that Vishwanath never spoke of him. Bhola tells the villagers he has come because Vaidya Vishwanath needs him and greets the children. Fearing that Bhola might spread fever, the villagers warn their kids to stay away. Diti notices Bhola’s radiant glow in surprise. The villagers, uneasy, decide to keep their distance and leave.
Meanwhile, Kali instructs Jwarasur to strengthen his influence. Diti worries what will happen if Mahadev intervenes before their plan is complete, but Kali assures her that no one, not even Mahadev in any avatar, can reach Jwarasur.
Back in the village, Bhola sees a child suffering from fever. A villager warns everyone to stay indoors and orders Bhola to leave. Bhola calmly tells the villager to go home instead. When the villagers threaten him, Bhola refuses to leave. The villager’s wife intervenes, asking her husband to stop, but Bhola hugs the man gently to show his love, warning him not to be angry. Despite this, the villager remains cautious, fearing Bhola might contract the fever.
At Kailash, Brahmadev observes that Bhola seems willing to endure the fever, while Kartikeya worries about the situation. Ganesh wonders how Bhola can escape Kali’s trap. Bhola boldly takes water from a villager’s pot despite warnings, assuring her that Mahadev will protect her, and runs off. The villagers remark on his audacity.
Later, the villagers go to Vaidya Vishwanath to complain about Bhola. Vishwanath defends his son, noting that Bhola returned home after many years without a mother. Bhola arrives with other children, explaining he was simply playing. Vishwanath warns him about misbehavior but recognizes Bholenaath in Bhola. Bhola pretends to cough, reassuring the villagers that he can handle the fever, causing them to flee.
Devi Parvati decides to uncover the purpose of Bhola’s avatar, while Lord Narayan notes that only Bholenaath knows. Bhola contemplates taking the fever upon himself to find its cure. When villagers try to stop him, he insists he understands what’s happening and that fear is being spread intentionally. He hugs each child, gaining their trust and favor.
Diti, convinced that Mahadev is Bhola, informs Kali that this is no ordinary child. Kali warns her that even Bhola cannot escape his next attack. Bhola begins coughing, showing the risks he is taking to protect the village.
Precap: Bhola collapses to the ground, struggling under the burden he has taken upon himself. Meanwhile, Bholenaath senses the presence of Jwarasur and locates him, preparing for the next confrontation.
