Anurag tells Ishani he doesn’t trust Shashwat, while Lawyer Sameer mentions Shashwat isn’t answering his lawyer’s calls and may be stuck in traffic. Ishani fears Shashwat enjoys her pain and questions why she must suffer. Anurag reassures her it isn’t her fault and suggests filing a case if Shashwat doesn’t show up. Sameer advises patience, promising to push for a mutual divorce soon.
Meanwhile, at home, Shashwat collapses. Pihu wants to call an ambulance, but Nandini taunts her about hospital expenses and suggests a government hospital. When Pihu tells her to leave, Nandini arrogantly declares the house belongs to her now. Raj Didi confronts Nandini for losing humanity, but Nandini insults her and asserts her authority.
As Shashwat regains partial consciousness, he asks for water. He admits he wronged Ishani and that only she can save the family now. He urges Pihu to tell Ishani everything before fainting again.
Back in court, Anurag insists divorce must happen that day, but Ishani gets a call from Pihu, who reveals Shashwat has suffered a heart attack. Ishani is shocked as she awaits the next step.
