The two Goddesses Durga clash in a fierce aerial battle. The impostor, wielding the powerful “mask of truth,” boasts of her victory, while the true Adi Shakti declares that truth needs no weapons and will prevail on its own. To prove her point, the real Mata Durga reveals she has sacrificed her own weapons because the Devtas were unworthy of wielding them, seeing through the fake goddess’s plot.
They descend before the gods and devotees. In a cunning move, the fake Durga secretly sends lava toward the people and then “saves” them, tricking everyone into believing she is the true savior and winning their praise. Even Lord Narayan is fooled. A heartbroken Ganesh pleads with Mahadev to recognize his true mother, but Mahadev remains in meditation, trusting that Shakti can protect herself.
As a final test, Mahadev approaches the impostor with a garland of bel leaves. The fake goddess is alarmed, remembering she hid a knife within it, while the real Mata Durga is pained that her own family cannot recognize her. Mahadev asks the impostor if she will refuse to garland him, bringing the moment of truth to its climax.
