The court session begins with mounting tension. The judge announces they cannot delay any further for Abhira’s lawyer to arrive. At that moment, Armaan steps forward and tells the judge he will represent Abhira himself. The judge permits him to proceed. Despite feeling weak and dizzy, Armaan insists on taking charge of her defense. Abhira notices his condition and worries for him, but he reassures her to hold on a little longer, promising they will soon return home together.
Armaan begins his arguments, asserting that Abhira’s presence with Anshuman at the time of his death cannot automatically make her a murderer. His words aim to highlight the gaps in the opposition’s claims and prove Abhira’s innocence.
Outside the courtroom, Vidya, Kaveri, and Myra gather in prayer. Myra urges Kaveri to pray with all her heart. Together with Manisha and Kajal, they fold their hands before God, asking for justice and a happy life for Abhira. Myra firmly believes Lord Krishna will guide them through this storm.
The opposition, however, counters strongly. They summon Krish, who shockingly gives a statement against Abhira. His words strengthen the claim that she had both motive and opportunity to kill Anshuman. Armaan attempts to defend her, but the opposition continues to press their arguments.
Meanwhile, Myra and the family prepare Abhira’s favorite food at home. With noodles on the menu, they imagine her joy when she finally returns. Myra eagerly awaits the moment she can welcome her back. Geetanjali watches from a distance, silently observing Myra’s hope.
Back in court, the opposition produces new evidence, alleging that Abhira mixed an illegal substance in Anshuman’s coffee. This claim tilts the case heavily against her. The judge delivers a shocking verdict—declaring Abhira guilty of murder and sentencing her to life imprisonment.
The judgment leaves Abhira broken. Tears stream down her face as she pleads with Armaan to take her home. She reminds him of his promise to reunite her with Myra, and cries that she cannot miss being part of Myra’s life—her school, college, or career milestones. Armaan, heartbroken himself, assures her that he will not give up. He pledges to appeal in the high court.
Abhira’s mind crumbles under the weight of the verdict. She imagines Myra growing up to hate her for being imprisoned. The thought devastates her further. Armaan, too, collapses emotionally as he envisions the pain of Abhira and Myra drifting apart.
Precap: Life in jail turns harsher for Abhira. She is forced to clean utensils and faces cruel words from an inmate, who warns her that visits from loved ones will stop over time. The woman frightens her by saying that only her dead body will leave the prison. Abhira is left in shock.
