Prarthna breaks down, recalling Shivansh and Sonalika’s wedding being fixed. Shivansh stops her and asks her to share the truth, telling her that he sees her pain and knows she loves him. Though she deeply loves him, Prarthna denies it, fearing he won’t understand and will sever ties. Shivansh pleads with her to confess, promising his support and ignoring her alimony demand, but she continues to hide her feelings, leaving him heartbroken.
Meanwhile, Sonalika waits for Shivansh, reassured by Bua Maa, while Gayatri overhears their conversation. Bua Maa insults Prarthna and praises Sonalika, but Gayatri defends Prarthna, reminding them how she risked her life for Shivansh. A heated argument follows, with Sonalika mocking Gayatri and deciding to expose her to Shivansh.
Later, Shivansh confronts Prarthna again, asking why she feels jealous of his marriage if she doesn’t love him. She lies, saying she only came for money. Though Shivansh calls out her denial, she stands firm, and he warns her that once he marries Sonalika, he will devote himself fully to her. Sonalika overhears this and feels triumphant, while Prarthna, in pain, tells him to go ahead with the marriage.
Back in her room, Prarthna shares her fears with Gayatri, revealing her dream and her belief that Bua Maa is a danger to Shivansh. She decides she cannot let the marriage happen and resolves to expose Bua Maa and Sonalika’s truth during Ganesh Chaturthi, trusting that Bappa will help her.
