Yuvraj forces Sunita to call Ganesh and questions him about the man who, 21 years ago, claimed to have killed Aman, paralyzed Anjali, and threatened Aarti’s life. Ganesh reveals he only heard the voice back then—a voice he now recognizes as Yuvraj’s. Panicked, he searches for Aarti but can’t find her. Realizing Ganesh has identified him, Yuvraj warns Sunita to stay silent and leaves.
When Aarti returns, Sunita describes the mysterious visitor—an old man in a hat and cervical collar—who threatened her to call Ganesh. Ganesh immediately calls Aarti, warning her that the same man from 21 years ago had contacted him. Determined to uncover the truth, Aarti and Sunita check the hospital’s CCTV footage. Though his face remains hidden, Aarti takes photos, vowing to hunt him down.
Meanwhile, Ved stops Kali from wearing a necklace he once gifted Aarti, declaring it a symbol of his love for her. Kali insists, claiming Aarti gave it to her. A heated argument ensues, leading Kali to call Aarti. Ved confronts Aarti, hurt that she gave away his token of love. Kali accuses Aarti of coming between her marriage, revealing Ved still cherishes Aarti’s portrait but not hers.
Aarti, heartbroken, urges Ved to let Kali wear the necklace as a sign of his love for her. Reluctantly, Ved complies, but both he and Aarti silently grieve their lost love. Kali, though momentarily satisfied, vows to win Ved’s heart.
Elsewhere, Vaibhav, Raghav, Sadhika, and Abhay discuss festive preparations. While they celebrate the auspicious occasion, Raghav expresses worry—not about the event, but about Anjali and Aarti’s unresolved danger.
Precap: Aarti and Anjali arrive at the Rajput mansion, where Aarti confronts the family, accusing them of stripping her mother of her rights while celebrating her daughter’s wedding. She warns both the Rajput and Thakur families that she will have them all jailed. Ved urges her to stop, reminding her that she has already ended their relationship and is now trying to ruin this engagement as well. Unfazed, Aarti vows she will not allow the wedding to take place.
