Sonalika retorts that he’s unaware of the truth—Prarthna disguised herself as a police constable, interrogated Payal, and recorded her confession. She warns Raunak that if Prarthna reveals the video, he will lose her, and Sonalika will lose Shivansh. Raunak pleads with her not to harm Prarthna, but Sonalika reacts furiously. Meanwhile, Prarthna undergoes a grueling penance for Shivansh’s well-being.
At the hospital, Sonalika breaks down seeing Shivansh in critical condition. Bua Maa consoles her, assuring her that he will recover because of her care. However, the doctor delivers grim news, deepening their worry. Sonalika confesses her fears to Shivansh and later regrets lashing out at Bua Maa, who understands her distress. When questioned about Prarthna, Sonalika claims she may be with Raunak and blames her for Shivansh’s state.
Sonalika insists to Bua Maa that Prarthna is a bad omen and must be removed from their lives. Meanwhile, Prarthna arrives at a temple, determined to pray for Shivansh’s survival despite the heavy rain. Swati informs Gayatri about Prarthna’s devotion, and Gayatri expresses faith in the temple’s power.
As Prarthna continues her penance, she slips and gets injured but persists in her prayers. At the hospital, Tanya arrives, distraught over Shivansh’s condition, while Bua Maa argues with a nurse. The tension rises as everyone awaits Shivansh’s fate.
