The Episode starts with Rishabh fearlessly telling Mia to shoot him if that’s what she wants. Bhagyashree repeats his words, ready to face death with him. Mia points the gun at them but instead of shooting, she injects Rishabh with something that makes him unconscious. Bhagyashree breaks down crying. Mia coldly says that Rishabh isn’t dead yet and drags him to her car. Bhagyashree, though helpless, assists Mia in putting him inside. Mia drives off, declaring she won’t let him go until she gets her money.
Left behind, Bhagyashree rushes to Revati and calls Naveen for help. Naveen brings water, and Bhagyashree sprinkles it on Revati, who slowly regains consciousness. Bhagyashree quickly asks Naveen to take Revati home safely. Taking Naveen’s car keys, she decides to chase after Mia on her own.
In the car, Mia thinks her plan is working perfectly. She believes the injection has paralyzed Rishabh completely and plans to dump his dead body somewhere after he dies. Meanwhile, back home, Padma is worried because she can’t reach Bhagyashree or Rishabh. Vinay asks her to calm down, and Shreyas brings hot water to soothe her. Padma, lost in her worries, says this is the first time she doesn’t feel tired. Naveen arrives home with Revati, and the family feels relieved to see her safe. Revati tells them her sister sent her surprise tickets, and Bhagyashree and Rishabh left for a business meeting. Naveen leaves after asking her to take care..
Meanwhile, Bhagyashree realises she has lost Rishabh’s location signal. Unsure where to go, she overhears a shopkeeper scolding a girl for bumping into his vehicle. Sensing a clue, she pays the shopkeeper and asks which way Mia went.
Mia, meanwhile, notices Rishabh’s body temperature rising. To worsen his condition, she pours cold water on him and lowers the room temperature to zero. Rishabh, paralysed, doesn’t respond. Mia then breaks the room’s temperature control so it can’t be fixed and locks him inside before driving away.
Bhagyashree finally reaches the place and is horrified to see Rishabh’s condition. Mia returns, ignores Bhagyashree’s desperate pleas, and locks the room from outside again before leaving. Bhagyashree panics as Rishabh’s health deteriorates. Her phone has no signal, and she can’t adjust the freezing temperature. Crying, she holds his face and says, “You saved me from Vikram and Revati from Mia. I can’t lose you too. Please wake up!” Rishabh opens his eyes weakly for a moment before passing out again.
Back home, Naveen tells Revati there’s still no news from Bhagyashree. Revati blames herself for everything, but Vinay and Padma overhear. Revati and Naveen quickly make up a story to hide the truth.
Inside the freezing room, Bhagyashree notices the radio briefly getting a signal. She types a message on her phone, hoping it will send once the network returns. Desperate to keep Rishabh alive, she removes his shirt, covers him with her saree, and hugs him tightly from behind to transfer her body heat. Finally, a doctor and the police arrive and rescue them.
Later, Bhagyashree wakes up beside Rishabh’s hospital bed. She gets a call from Asha, inviting her to her birthday, but Bhagyashree declines. Rishabh wakes up and asks her why she said his presence doesn’t matter to her yet confessed something else while he was unconscious. Embarrassed, Bhagyashree tries to escape, but Rishabh pins her against the door, demanding answers.
