As Gayatri fights for her life in the hospital, a heavy cloud of despair hangs over her loved ones. The doctor’s grave words strike fear into their hearts: the next 12 hours are critical, and if she doesn’t regain consciousness, they may lose her forever. Her family stands frozen, gripped by helplessness.
Grief turns to fury as Garima lashes out at Jagdish, accusing him of trying to kill Gayatri. Her voice trembles with pain as she questions how he could hurt someone he once claimed to love. Jagdish listens in silence, offering no defense.
At Ram Bhavan, Janki and Acharya pray desperately before their deity, pleading for Gayatri’s life. Back at the hospital, police arrive, intensifying the tension. They interrogate Jagdish, suspecting foul play behind Gayatri’s poisoning. Isha tries to explain it was a minor family dispute, but the inspector dismisses her, citing a grim pattern of domestic abuse in such cases. Jagdish insists their home is not one of those, but his words fall flat.
Acharya confides in Janki, expressing his fear that if Gayatri accuses them, their family’s reputation will be ruined. Janki, though scared, believes Gayatri won’t go that far, trusting her despite her past mistakes.
Meanwhile, Om reacts angrily, blaming Gayatri for her condition. Isha calms him, urging him to focus on prayer, not blame. She pleads before the hospital mandir, silently begging for Gayatri’s return.
Om later wonders aloud if Jagdish will ever forgive Gayatri. Isha reminds him that everyone deserves a second chance, just as he has received forgiveness in the past. She hopes Gayatri too has realised her mistakes.
Miraculously, Gayatri regains consciousness. Relief washes over the family like rain after a storm. During police questioning, she takes all the blame on herself, shielding her family from disgrace. The police step back, and Gayatri is brought home to Ram Bhavan—ashamed and burdened by guilt.
Standing in the living room, Gayatri folds her hands and begins confessing her wrongdoings: how she was responsible for Miley running away, how she hid the real jewellery Dilip bought for Isha out of greed. Each truth is a dagger to the family’s heart.
Om cuts her off, stating coldly that her sins are beyond count and he will never forgive her. Jagdish, choked with emotion, says he never imagined that the woman he once loved could betray his family so deeply. When Gayatri pleads for forgiveness, Jagdish responds with finality—he cannot forgive her, and worse, she can no longer stay in Ram Bhavan.
As his words echo through the house, Gayatri collapses in tears. Her dreams of love and belonging lie in ruins, while the family stands shattered, haunted by betrayal and grief.
