A lawyer arrives at the Jaiswal residence to reveal Nitin’s last will, made in anticipation of his declining health. The document stuns the family—each member receives a small share of his assets, while Damayanti is granted only a retirement fund, shattering her dreams of becoming CEO.
The biggest shock comes when Bhavya is declared the new CEO and caretaker of the Jaiswal empire, entrusted with all major family decisions. Shakshi and Damayanti are furious, unable to accept the news. Damayanti desperately presents a video where Nitin seemingly promised her the position, but the lawyer confirms the will was drafted after that recording.
Suspecting foul play, Shakshi and Damayanti accuse Bhavya of manipulating Nitin during her last visit to the ashram. Enraged, Damayanti drags Bhavya into a storeroom, locks her inside, and burns dried chilies to suffocate her. Rishank rescues Bhavya, but she storms out, refusing to reveal Nitin’s final words—bound by a promise.
Rishank visits Nitin in the hospital, where Damayanti manipulates him, falsely claiming Bhavya transferred 20 crores to her own account, “proving” she married him for money. A fraud case is filed, leading to Bhavya’s arrest. However, Nitin had foreseen this—his lawyer swiftly produces bail papers, securing her release.
Returning home, a heartbroken Bhavya relinquishes all property rights to Rishank and walks away. Though Rishank recalls her kindness, Damayanti’s relentless poisoning of his mind leaves him torn. The battle for the Jaiswal legacy has only just begun—and trust may be the ultimate casualty.
