Meanwhile, Raunak breaks down recalling Smita’s confession—he is devastated to learn Shivansh is his brother, which stops him from harming him.

As chaos unfolds, Payal’s sinister plan surfaces. Ketki learns from the news that Shivansh’s hospital is under attack and suspects Payal’s hand in it. Payal tries to dismiss her fears, but Ketki confronts her for hiring a sniper to kill Shivansh. Payal confirms it, leaving Ketki horrified.

Inside the hospital, Prarthana and the nurse move Shivansh to safety. A goon refuses to abandon his mission and searches for Shivansh. Prarthana panics after hearing a gunshot and vows to protect him. The nurse suggests the attackers might be after a politician, not Shivansh, but the goons soon storm in and demand information. One threatens an elderly staff member and retrieves the hospital register to locate Shivansh.

Prarthana overhears them mention Payal’s name and becomes furious. She calls Payal, who denies everything, but Prarthana threatens legal action and gives her one last chance to stop the hit. Ketki supports Prarthana and warns Payal about a wife’s strength.

As the goons cut off the network and take hostages, Payal and Ketki debate pinning the blame on someone else. Payal suggests Sonalika. Though initially hesitant, Ketki agrees when reminded that Sonalika once threatened Shivansh.

Elsewhere, Tanya tends to Sonalika, who feels betrayed by Shivansh and his family. She declares that she won’t forgive them and vows to destroy Shivansh in return.
