The Episode starts with Paresh questioning Renuka about Roshni’s second pregnancy test. The recent revelations about Roshni’s hidden past, including her secret son and concealed identity, have already shaken the family’s trust. Paresh insists Roshni keep her matters private, but Renuka becomes furious on realizing something is still being hidden. Without a second thought, she storms into Roshni’s room, drags her into the living room, and demands answers.
Renuka accuses Roshni of hiding too many secrets and questions when she first conceived and why she visited the hospital recently. She reveals the shocking information that hospital staff spoke about Roshni’s second pregnancy—despite no one even knowing about her first.
Unable to hold back her tears, Roshni breaks down and confesses that she was once pregnant with Tejas’s child but lost the baby in a miscarriage. Fighting back sobs, she explains that the emotional trauma of her father going to jail, coupled with Tejas’s unemployment back then, crushed her mentally and physically, leading to the miscarriage.
Hearing this, Renuka’s anger melts into pain. She hugs Roshni tightly, heartbroken over the loss of what could have been the family’s first heir. Roshni, however, expresses her deep hurt, making Renuka feel ashamed for questioning her character. Later, Renuka asks Paresh how he came to know about Roshni’s second pregnancy, and it is revealed that Sayali was the first to discover this news.
When Sayali’s curiosity about Roshni’s private life comes to light, both Renuka and Roshni lash out at her. Roshni coldly tells Sayali to stay out of her life. Even after Sayali apologizes, Roshni remains harsh, accusing her of meddling unnecessarily. Paresh steps in to diffuse the tension and urges everyone to remain united. Renuka sternly warns Sayali to stay away from Roshni’s matters.
Crushed by these accusations, Sayali finds herself crying in the kitchen. Sachin arrives to comfort her and advises her to distance herself from Roshni’s life. Sayali admits she still doubts Roshni’s story, and with teary eyes, she tells Sachin how hurtful it feels that whenever anything goes wrong in the Deshmukh family, she is blamed for it. Sachin quietly wipes her tears and repeats that she should focus on herself, but Sayali remains lost in her suspicions.
Meanwhile, Roshni and Tejas sit together to process the day’s chaos. Tejas feels hurt that Roshni hid her “pregnancy” from him. Roshni admits she lied to keep him from unnecessary stress. Both sit in silence, feeling heavy at heart.
Later, Sachin decides to lift Sayali’s spirits. He takes her out for ice cream. For a few moments, as she laughs with him under the night sky, Sayali finds a small pocket of happiness in her otherwise troubled world.
Precap: Sayali proposes keeping a house help so she can focus fully on her business like Riya and Roshni, but as always, Renuka opposes her.

Story writers for heavens shall we keep seeing Sachin and sailee being tortured with insults and abuses from guilty idiots.. am so pissed off !!!! We need to see episodes of a whole week when roshini’s secrets are out in the public that’s when Renuka and her idiotic son of hers get played.. as Sachin and sailee fly in success.
Whenever the truth is out. You divert the story.
Roshini will spin a tale and cry. Renuka will hug her and start to blame Sayali again. This might cause Riya to doubt sayali too.
So the story will never change. Sayali and Sachin will always be treated poorly. Roshni will always get away doing wrong and lying. Rebuke will always keep treating them poorly.
Will stop watching this series until something changes.
Honestly I blame Sayali for this. There’s no need for her to be so nosy in other’s affairs. This wasn’t as bad as the first time because it’s more Riya’s fault but Sayali getting so tense and worked up over Roshni was so overdramatic.
And frankly both Juhi and the receptionist would lose their jobs and worse if it’s ever found out that they’re all giving out private patients’ medical information.
