Parineet tells the doctor she will personally look after the patient. Meanwhile, Nisha blocks Aditya’s car and introduces herself, reminding him of their unpleasant first encounter. Aditya brushes her off, uninterested in her background and asks her to move aside. Though Nisha senses his attitude, she finds herself impressed.
At the hospital, Preet is caring for Sanju when she receives a call from Sarada, who questions why she hasn’t returned home. Preet explains she helped someone on the road and brought him to the hospital. Sarada, upset, reminds her that she is her mother and should be her priority. Preet apologizes, understanding her concern. When a nurse asks Preet to fill in Sanju’s details, she’s at a loss, realizing she knows nothing about him.
Nearby, Parineet spots Sanju and suddenly experiences blurred flashes from the past. Overcome with emotion, she places her hand on his chest and pleads with him to speak to her. Her friend, alarmed by her behavior, reminds her that no one—including Parineet herself—has known her past since the day they met. She adds that Parineet couldn’t even remember her name back then. Parineet, shaken, insists that she felt a strong connection to Sanju and that these black-and-white flashes may be fragments of her forgotten life. Her friend calms her, saying Sanju needs rest and she can speak to him once he recovers.
Meanwhile, Neeti questions the receptionist about Sanju but is told no one by that name is admitted. Neeti grows frustrated and demands the details of all recent patients. The receptionist refuses, but a woman nearby—Gurinder—overhears and shares that her son was brought in by a girl in a wheelchair. Recognizing the situation, she learns Sanju’s room number.
Preet visits a sleeping Sanju and speaks to him gently, confessing that despite not knowing him, she feels deeply connected. She says she believes he is listening and urges him to recover. As she leaves, Sanju stirs and whispers Parineet’s name. A doctor, who had been treating him for years with no progress, is shocked by his sudden response.
Parineet returns, and the doctor asks her to stay and care for Sanju. At the same time, Neeti bumps into Preet and scolds her for being careless. A nurse defends Preet, who calmly asks Neeti to lower her voice. Neeti, upon seeing Preet, faints. The nurse assists her, and Gurinder and Bebe arrive on the scene.
While talking to her mother, Preet accidentally collides with Aditya, marking yet another unexpected encounter in this whirlwind of tangled fates.
