Sanju tumbles down the stairs, leaving Neeti shocked as she sees him bleeding. She lashes out at Bebe for her carelessness. Meanwhile, Kajol confronts Gaurav, accusing his boss of breaking their promise. Preet coldly tells Gaurav that she no longer wants to see him and that it’s better he stays away. Neeti excuses herself to fetch the keys, while Parminder realizes that Nisha has taken the car and rushes out to inform her.
Elsewhere, Mannu vents to Sarda, upset that the family treats her like a servant and didn’t take her to the hospital. Sarda apologizes, and Mannu then tells Preet she had prepared sweets for a new order but is unsure how to deliver them on time. Preet assures her she’ll take care of the delivery.
Bebe and Gurinder step away to retrieve a phone, leaving Sanju alone. Hearing Preet’s voice, Sanju feels a strange sense of familiarity—wondering if it’s his daughter. Preet spots Sanju, rushes to help him, and calls for a van to take him to the hospital.
Parminder informs Neeti that Nisha took the repaired car out. Neeti scolds her for not informing her sooner and vents her frustration, feeling disrespected and humiliated by the family. When Parminder checks on Sanju, she finds him missing. Preet had taken him to the hospital and left a note. Reading it, Neeti erupts in anger, accusing Parminder of thinking she’s incapable of saving her own husband and vowing not to spare her.
Meanwhile, Aditya tells Gaurav that he couldn’t reach the police station and praises him for handling the situation. Gaurav reveals he reviewed CCTV footage and realized the girls weren’t lying, so he released them. Aditya scolds him, declaring he has no grudge against the girls—except Preet. He swears that if he ever sees her again, he’ll personally send her to jail. Gaurav tells him Preet feels the same—she never wants to see Aditya again.
At the hospital, Preet admits Sanju and informs the doctor he fell from a height. As treatment begins, Preet gently wipes the blood from his face. Sanju, believing she is his daughter, stares at her emotionally, recalling the goons’ claims that his daughter was dead. Grateful she’s alive, he silently thanks God. Preet assumes he’s unresponsive due to the injury, unaware of his thoughts.
A nurse, discussing a shortage of staff, notes that a young woman helped clean the wounds of a newly admitted patient. Parineet then appears, announcing she will take over and care for Sanju herself.
