The Episode starts with Dhananjay telling Digvijay that his phone is ringing. Digvijay learns from the police that Anisha has escaped custody. He gets furious, and Rani finds out too. She warns Digvijay to keep this quiet and stay alert.
Anisha is furious her plan failed. Her helper tells her a senior knows her secret. When police stop her for questioning, she lies, saying she’s Naina Jaiswal, a wedding planner. The police verify and release her.
Digvijay worries, and Rani feels restless after the jhoomar incident. Digvijay suspects Anisha is behind it, especially since Rani’s DNA report didn’t add up. They suspect someone inside the hospital is helping Anisha and are determined to catch her.
Anisha slaps her helper for messing up the DNA proof. She orders him to get blood from the blood bank and tells her men she’s crafting a foolproof plan to ruin Rani’s reputation and get her arrested.
Rani sets a trap for Anisha, and they manage to catch her. Digvijay and Rani are confident their plan will work.
Meanwhile, Ishaan admits to Digvijay and Rani he’s struggling to care for Devu. Digvijay comforts him, saying their bond with Dhwani will teach him how to handle the child. Rani promises support, and Ishaan feels hopeful again, noticing the positive energy now that Anisha is gone.
Dhwani tells Naryani she wants to go on a picnic with friends, but Rani forbids it. Digvijay backs Rani, explaining their worry after the recent kidnapping scare. He promises to organize a safer family picnic and assures Dhwani he’ll handle her school drop-off and pickup. Naryani grows suspicious, but Digvijay brushes it off.
Baa takes Naryani and Devu to the temple, where Devu spots Anisha and chases after her. Naryani hurts her leg in the commotion, and Devu returns. She tells Naryani that Anisha went to give charity, but Baa blames Rani for the accident.
Digvijay confirms Naryani’s injury isn’t serious. Narayani orders the puja preparations while Madhuri advises rest. Devu tells Rani about seeing Anisha at the temple and how Kaki got hurt following her. Rani insists Anisha is behind the jhoomar plot and urges Devu to take care of her pregnancy. As the puja begins, everyone focuses—except Rani, lost in thoughts about Anisha.
Precap: Anisha sabotages Digvijay’s car and plants a mic to eavesdrop on Digvijay and Rani’s conversation. Digvijay rushes Rani to the hospital.
