In a rush to leave the hotel for the bank, Isha accidentally breaks a flower vase. Mala warns her it’s an ominous sign and asks her to wait a moment before leaving, then quickly brings her some water. As Isha sips the water, Gayatri appears and questions why she’s still there, doubting if Isha can complete the task. Isha assures her she will and hurriedly departs. Mala is left to clean the broken glass.
Outside, Isha boards an auto, unaware that a man on a bike—Gayatri’s sister’s husband and her loyal thug—is watching her. Isha calls Om to share that she spoke with MD Sir about a loan and feels hopeful, but poor network cuts off the call before Om can hear more or track her location.
The biker follows Isha’s auto, then begins throwing stones at it. Isha suffers bruises and a bleeding forehead. The stone attack causes the auto’s brakes to fail, leading to a crash into a wall. The goon snatches Isha’s bag amid the chaos. Dazed and injured, with her phone broken and dropped, Isha stumbles out, unsure whom to call. She decides to file a police complaint and manages to reach the station.
At the police station, Isha lodges an FIR, then returns to the hotel to inform Gayatri about the incident and the missing money. Gayatri refuses to believe her, accusing Isha of losing two lakh rupees of company funds so soon after joining. She deliberately creates a scene, drawing MD Sir’s attention, who is shocked by the accusations. Gayatri escalates the situation further upon learning about the police complaint.
Police arrive at the Lotus Hotel, informing Isha that no CCTV footage is available to identify the goons. They question MD Sir, who confirms Isha requested a two lakh rupee loan that morning. Gayatri accuses Isha of stealing the money for Om, but Isha vehemently denies it.
The situation turns against Isha as police search Sumitra’s house and Ram Bhavan. Isha calls Om, urging him to come home. At Ram Bhavan, police discover the two lakh rupees envelope hidden in a bathroom cistern, serving as evidence against Isha and deepening her predicament.
