Om earns appreciation from his family for taking up a part-time job. To celebrate his first paycheck, he buys gifts for everyone, handing them out one by one. Gayatri grows jealous, questioning how he could afford so much, while Om’s father swells with pride. Om even presents a title plate for their home, Ram Bhavan.
Gayatri and her sister plot to sabotage Om’s job, taking inspiration from a conversation between her husband and his brother. She sets her plan in motion to disrupt Om’s professional life.
Exhausted after work, Om returns home weak and drained. Isha notices and urges him to rest on the bed, but he insists the couch is fine—until it breaks, sending him tumbling. Isha bursts into laughter at his plight, leaving them no choice but to share the bed, divided by a makeshift barrier.
Meanwhile, Mili’s mother-in-law discovers her son’s unnecessary spending on his wife and decides to intervene.
The next morning, Om is startled to find Isha beside him and rushes to get ready for work. Before leaving, Isha hands him a tiffin and water bottle, surprising him with her care. Gayatri, observing their bond, schemes against Om.
Mili’s mother-in-law arrives demanding money her husband had secretly given Isha for her sister’s wedding. Isha realizes she was deceived, while Gayatri revels in the conflict. Mili is given just two days to repay the amount, and Gayatri mocks her helplessness, fueling the tension.
