The Episode starts with Alisha grilling Rani, who’s disguised for an interview. Wearing a mask and spectacles, Rani hides her identity well. Alisha can’t recognize her and tells her to sit. Rani, thinking Dhwani hasn’t recognized her either, claims she was sent by Dhwani’s mother to take care of her. When she finally removes her mask, she tells Dhwani she’s off to participate in a competition. Dhwani wishes her luck, unaware of the truth. Rani feels guilty for lying to her own daughter.
During the interview, Alisha asks Rani to demonstrate how she would administer glucose to a patient. Though Rani shows her skills, she’s nervous—her real name is listed, and she worries about getting exposed. Meanwhile, Dhwani steps out with Ritika for a patient visit. On the way, Dhwani insists on getting an ice cream and makes Ritika promise not to tell her mom. She even asks Ritika if she’d still take care of her if she ever lost her eyesight.
Back at the interview, Alisha finds Rani too slow and calls another nurse. Asha tells Rani she must speed up. Outside, as Dhwani enjoys her ice cream, Digvijay spots her and recognizes her instantly. He stops his car to approach her, but Dhwani drives off with Ritika in an auto. Digvijay wonders why she’s in Mumbai and why he feels so drawn to her.
As Alisha is about to check Rani’s name, she’s interrupted by a call—Digvijay is delayed. Rani overhears and questions why she’s stuck in this situation, surrounded by fake people. Hoping for a better opportunity, she decides to leave and “accidentally” spills tea over the candidate list.
Later, Rani shares her fears with Ritika—she’s scared that if Alisha ever recognizes her, she’ll be in serious trouble. Ritika informs her that Dhwani mentioned something about having weak vision while eating ice cream. Rani admits she gave Dhwani false hope just to keep her spirits up. Ritika asks if she informed Dhwani’s father. Rani replies that he’s unwell, and she doesn’t want to disturb him.
Meanwhile, Niranjan and Priya are searching for Rani. Priya suggests going to the police, but Niranjan remembers her friend Ritika, though he doesn’t have her contact. Rani, on the other hand, tells Ritika she’ll shift to the nurse hostel in two days. Niranjan eventually finds Ritika’s address and goes there with Priya.
Rani senses danger and wants to avoid being found. At Ritika’s home, Niranjan rings the bell, but Ritika only receives a parcel. They realize they’ve come to the wrong house but manage to get Ritika’s number from a lady—sadly, it’s the wrong one. Niranjan loses hope, but Priya reminds him that he taught Rani to be strong. If she needs help, she’ll reach out. She encourages him to return.
Rani prepares to drop Dhwani at daycare before starting her new job. Both are emotional—Dhwani’s stepping into a new space to make friends, and Rani’s donning a nurse’s uniform, still dreaming of becoming a doctor someday.
Digvijay, unable to stop thinking about Dhwani, tells Anisha he saw her in Mumbai. He believes she needs urgent surgery and blames her parents for neglect. Anisha, slightly jealous, says maybe her parents are treating her elsewhere. Digvijay confesses he feels a strange connection to the girl.
Rani drops Dhwani at daycare and requests the teacher to keep an eye on her as she’s quite mischievous. Then she heads to the hospital for her first day. She tries suggesting something to a doctor, but he gets annoyed. A senior nurse warns her not to advise doctors unless asked. Rani is assigned to the cardiology ward—where Digvijay works. She hesitates, but Shanti insists she go. As Digvijay arrives at the hospital, the episode ends.
