Lakshmi regains consciousness after being caught by hospital staff and bravely fights them off to escape. Meanwhile, Shalu devises a clever plan with Rano, using a phone in a lift to monitor hospital movements like a CCTV feed. Lakshmi pleads for help from a new nurse, unaware she is an ally of Sudha, who alerts Daima of Lakshmi’s presence. Realizing the betrayal, Lakshmi becomes cautious. Shalu and Rano, tracking movements to the basement, spot Nurse Sudha and pretend to seek help for a fake abortion case. Sudha agrees and contacts Daima, who gives the green light to bring Shalu in.
Shalu and Rano reach the basement and overhear staff talking about Lakshmi. Simultaneously, Lakshmi continues to resist captivity and attempts to escape again. Balwinder contacts Malishka, who denies any involvement and decides to back out due to police involvement, infuriating Balwinder. Determined, he vows to continue the plan alone.
Lakshmi, hiding in a tunnel, narrowly escapes a snake attack. Shalu records the basement’s illegal operations and urgently contacts Rishi, informing him about Lakshmi’s location. Though the call drops, Shalu prepares to act. Disguised as a doctor, she enters the basement while Rano hides. She confronts Nurse Shilpa, demanding to know where Lakshmi is, and warns her that Rishi has been alerted. Before she can do more, Balwinder arrives, knocks her unconscious, and ties her up. He also intimidates Shilpa, declaring he’ll take care of Rishi.
As Rishi arrives at the hospital, Lakshmi sees him and cries out, but he cannot locate her. Suspicious, Rishi questions a ward boy about the basement, but the man denies its existence. Rishi refuses to be misled and keeps searching, calling Shalu, only for Shilpa to intercept and disconnect the call, raising the tension further.
