Lakshmi realizes Daima is tracking her through her blo*dy footprints. She quickly ties a cloth around her wound to stop the bleeding and evade capture. Meanwhile, Kiran informs Karishma that she and Malishka came for a checkup and learned about Lakshmi’s disappearance. Karishma claims she’s only there for Ayush’s sake but warns that the police are now involved and will find Lakshmi.
Balwinder panics, fearing CCTV footage will expose him. He stops the inspector, insisting checking cameras is a waste of time. He spins a false narrative, claiming Lakshmi was unhappy with Rishi for marrying Malishka. Neelam furiously defends her son, but Balwinder provokes her, saying she never liked Lakshmi either. Harleen intervenes, declaring their love for Lakshmi as their daughter-in-law.
Balwinder escalates the drama, accusing Rishi of hypocrisy—claiming to love Lakshmi while impregnating Malishka. He boasts that if he had married Lakshmi, he would’ve treated her like a queen. Rishi snaps, warning him to stay in his limits, but the inspector intervenes. Balwinder, desperate, tries to bribe the cop to hide the CCTV evidence. When the inspector pretends to consider the offer, Balwinder’s relief is short-lived—the officer refuses, leaving him exposed.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi hides as Daima searches for her. At the police station, Aanchal arrives to support Rishi. Neelam demands the CCTV footage, but the inspector—now seemingly bribed—defends Balwinder and scolds Rishi. Shalu, determined, recalls a nurse’s name linked to Lakshmi’s disappearance. When the nurse denies involvement, Shalu insists Lakshmi is trapped in the basement and decides to investigate herself.
Balwinder calls Kiran, boasting he’s “handled” the situation—until she reveals Shalu is causing trouble. He vows revenge, unaware Karishma overheard them. Kiran brushes off Karishma’s questions, but suspicion grows. Elsewhere, Manoj and a ward boy discuss silencing Lakshmi, who fights fiercely for her unborn child.

This show continues to be so disgusting, how can you villanize entire pillars of society like hospital staff and policemen by making them so universally evil.
Rishi is a hypocrite, the truth of the matter is still that he now has 2 wives for months and no one has an issue with it. Where the heck are the twins?
