The Episode starts with Alisha bringing Digvijay his favorite sandwiches, hoping to win some warmth from him. She even expresses her wish to join the hospital. Digvijay, though, brushes it off, asking her to let him eat in peace. Just then, Rani walks in and throws a sharp comment—she insists Alisha should feed him with her own hands. The tension crackles instantly. Digvijay is clearly annoyed, and Rani doesn’t hold back. She accuses him of regretting her very presence in his life.

Alisha tries to defuse the situation by offering to throw away the sandwiches if they’re such a problem. Digvijay finally turns to Rani and demands to know what’s really bothering her. Rani, deeply hurt, challenges him—does he even have time to hear her out? She asks him, point-blank, if he was missing Alisha on Ishaan’s reception night. Digvijay, cornered, loses his temper. Outside, Devu, Madhuri, Ishaan, and Dhananjay overhear everything.

Rani pours her heart out—what’s her worth in his life? She reminds Digvijay that he wants to secure her baby’s future, but can’t even answer her questions. She finally demands that he ask Alisha to leave now that she’s fully recovered. Alisha, uncomfortable with the fight, offers to leave and asks Digvijay to drop her home. But Digvijay refuses to entertain the idea. He lashes out at Rani, saying she’s crossed a line, and makes it crystal clear—Alisha isn’t going anywhere. Now, it’s up to Rani to decide what she wants to do.

The family tries to comfort Rani, but she’s broken. Still, she quietly resolves to uncover what’s truly in Digvijay’s heart.

Elsewhere, Narayani tells Madhuri that she’s staying at the ashram for a puja and entrusts Madhuri with the household responsibilities. Baa, ever worried, grows suspicious of Alisha. As storm clouds roll in, Madhuri informs Digvijay about Narayani’s plans, and Alisha slyly mentions to Madhuri that she had dinner with him. Rani senses something’s wrong and grows increasingly anxious. Devu tries to console her, while Madhuri prays to Kanhaji to bring peace into Rani’s life.

But Anisha—calculated and ruthless—has other plans. She’s determined to rewrite Rani’s fate. As Digvijay packs for a work trip with Anisha, he announces to Rani that he’s now the hospital’s chairman. He claims he’s only informing her to avoid causing her stress—for the baby’s sake. Rani feels helpless and fears losing him but doesn’t know how to stop him.

Later that night, the rain pours heavily. Anisha, playing the victim card, pretends to be terrified and calls Digvijay to her room. She spikes his water with a pill, intending to control him. Digvijay, unaware of her plan, promises Rani he’ll be back in just a minute—because he loves her. Then, he heads to Anisha’s room.

Anisha turns on her mobile camera, waiting to trap him. She clings to him, begging him to stay as she acts frightened and vulnerable. Digvijay tries to comfort her but suggests calling Pinky bhabhi instead. Anisha persists, and Digvijay agrees to sit with her. Meanwhile, Rani wakes up and realizes he’s not beside her. She begins to search for him.

Back in the room, Digvijay drinks the water Anisha prepared. He soon begins to feel dizzy. As he struggles to leave, Anisha grabs him and waits for him to pass out. Rani eventually learns where he is and rushes to Anisha’s room—only to walk in on a devastating sight: Digvijay is lying next to Anisha. Rani is shattered. Her heart breaks in silence before the tears come flooding down.
