Rishi angrily scolds her and rushes to help as Lakshmi finds herself in grave danger.

Meanwhile, Malishka confides in Kiran, expressing unease about the situation. Kiran reassures her, but Malishka fears Rishi will discover Lakshmi’s pregnancy if she’s found before the abortion. Lakshmi pleads with Daima for mercy, who deceitfully promises freedom and hands her a lift key. As Lakshmi turns, Daima strikes her, leaving her injured. Malishka confesses to Kiran that she can’t bear losing Rishi to Lakshmi’s child and vows to eliminate the baby. Kiran warns her of consequences, but Malishka declares she’d rather die than lose Rishi.

Daima and Sudha seize Lakshmi again, but she resists, begging them to spare her baby. In a desperate move, Lakshmi injects Daima with the sedative meant for her and escapes. Sudha tends to Daima, who orders her to chase Lakshmi. Malishka, growing impatient, calls Daima to confirm the abortion, while Kiran urges her to stay calm.

Rishi and Ayush report Lakshmi’s disappearance to the police, accusing the hospital staff. The inspector initially refuses help, but Rishi insists, arguing that Lakshmi’s life is at stake. Meanwhile, Lakshmi hides from Sudha, who orders the staff to find her. When Sudha finally catches her, Lakshmi offers money and fights back, threatening Sudha to protect her unborn child.

Elsewhere, Shalu confronts Balwinder at the hospital, suspecting his involvement with Malishka. He denies it, leading to a heated argument. Rishi, overwhelmed, breaks down pleading for the inspector’s assistance, who eventually agrees to help. Balwinder assures Shalu he would never betray Lakshmi, but she remains distrustful. In a final act of defiance, Lakshmi intimidates Sudha and the staff, determined to survive.
