At the hospital, Lakshmi lovingly speaks to her unborn child, expressing her intention to tell Rishi about the baby and her belief that Rishi will shower the child with love. Overcome with emotion, she cries, feeling both happy and tense. Meanwhile, hospital staff secretly carry out Malishka’s sinister orders. A nurse, part of the conspiracy, takes a poison bottle and approaches Lakshmi.
Elsewhere, Ayush meets Shalu and Rano. Rano asks if Ayush will remain the same caring person, and he reassures her he will always support Shalu. When questioned about his mother’s behavior, he promises to stand by Shalu against any opposition from his family. Shalu insists that there is no misunderstanding—she and Lakshmi discovered that Malishka is pregnant with Balwinder’s child and deceiving the Oberois. Ayush says he will talk to her later but rushes off due to an urgent call. Shalu worries something might be wrong.
Back at the hospital, a doctor instructs a nurse about Lakshmi’s checkup, but the nurse lies, claiming Lakshmi has already left. Kiran and Malishka arrive and urge the nurse to kill Lakshmi’s baby. The nurse plans to move Lakshmi to another ward under false pretenses. Lakshmi grows suspicious and asks to speak with the doctor, but the nurse insists she follow her. As Lakshmi waits, she and Rishi both miss each other’s calls due to interruptions and ongoing tension.
The nurse then injects Lakshmi under the guise of medical procedure, and Lakshmi begins to lose consciousness. Poisonous gas is released in the ward as part of a plot to harm her and the baby. Malishka and Kiran ensure the plan proceeds before they flee the scene.
Lakshmi regains consciousness, struggling to breathe. Thinking only of her baby’s safety, she tries to escape and cries out for help. Rishi arrives just in time, and Lakshmi sees him, pleading for help to save her child. Meanwhile, Balwinder spots Kiran and Malishka outside the hospital and confronts them. Malishka mocks him and reveals their attempt to kill Lakshmi’s baby with gas, shocking Balwinder with the gravity of their actions.
