Sarda orders Gauri to sever all ties with her family due to her mother’s past and declares that from now on, Gauri must live solely as the bahu of their household. Vihaan supports Sarda, telling Gauri that only by leaving her family behind can she be accepted. Gauri refuses, especially unwilling to part from her beloved sister Charu. Despite Sarda’s accusations about Charu and Gauri’s visit to a dance bar, Gauri defends her sister and refuses to send her away.
Gauri confronts Sarda for disrespecting her guests and questions why women are always expected to make sacrifices. Given an ultimatum, she chooses to stand by Charu and apologizes to her, asking for two months to sort things out. Charu forgives her and leaves with a heavy heart.
As preparations for a puja begin, Sarda asks Vihaan to send Gauri. But Gauri, traumatized by the recent events and Vihaan’s betrayal, confronts him about taking his family’s side. Vihaan coldly reminds her about their two-month contract and accuses her of being money-driven. Gauri is heartbroken, realizing his true nature.
Later, Veena asks Gauri to place a jewelry box in her room. But in a shocking twist, Kamini attacks Gauri and traps her inside a mysterious carpet. While the family awaits her arrival for the ritual, Veena ominously tells Sarda that Gauri won’t be returning.
