The Episode starts with Kavita waiting for Rani to start the dissection. Pinky expresses her discomfort, saying she feels ashamed that Rani is bisecting a dead body. Gayatri responds by saying it’s a normal part of an MBBS course. Pandit ji tells Narayani that the puja cannot continue, as the environment has become inauspicious. Kavita records a video of Rani and sends it to Alisha. Narayani and Baa become upset after seeing the photo of Rani in the lab. Pinky claims that Rani is taking advantage of them and says Digvijay is supporting her blindly. Alisha calls Digvijay a joru ka ghulam, and Gayatri doesn’t like Pinky’s words. Narayani agrees with Pinky and says it’s time to make a decision.
Rani finds it difficult to complete the dissection. The examiner tells her to rest but also mentions that she will only get marks if she finishes the task. One of Rani’s friends tries to support her, but the examiner asks her to stay focused on her own exam.
Digvijay checks on Rani and asks if she’s okay. Rani tells him she feels like vomiting and her head is spinning. Digvijay gives her an idea and hands her VapoRub to help with the nausea. He encourages her and gives her the strength to continue. He applies the VapoRub to her nose, and Rani gathers herself and resumes the dissection. The examiner watches her carefully and seems impressed. They wait for the final results.
At home, Narayani is waiting for Rani. Pinky feels that Alisha’s plan is working well. Alisha tells her there is more to come.
Rani finishes her exam, and on the way home, she tells Digvijay she’s feeling uneasy after the dissection. She doesn’t want to hurt Narayani’s sentiments and asks him to bring gangajal and Tulsi. Digvijay goes to get them. As soon as they arrive, Pinky announces their return. She makes a few comments, and Digvijay tells her they haven’t done anything wrong. Narayani interrupts and sprays gangajal on both of them. She asks them to freshen up and says they’ll talk later. When Digvijay tries to explain, Narayani walks away. Pandit ji says Rani is not purified and cannot sit for the puja. Narayani apologizes for the inconvenience, but Rani stops him.
Narayani reminds Rani about the importance of the puja. Alisha says missing the exam could have affected Rani’s marks. Rani explains that it was Digvijay’s idea to keep the matter quiet. Baa blames Rani for influencing Digvijay and says she should learn from Alisha. Rani points out that Digvijay performs surgeries too and still attends pujas. Digvijay agrees and says he hasn’t broken any rule. Rani tells Pandit ji that even in the Gita, duty comes first. She tells Narayani she didn’t do anything wrong, but if everyone feels she’s not fit to sit in the puja, then she won’t.
