The doctor informs the Shahs there’s no need to involve the police, revealing that Raghav had been on medication but seemingly stopped midway. He adds that Kartik sent him to check on Raghav, and Anupama clarifies she was the one who contacted Kartik. As the doctor prepares to examine Raghav, Leela suggests giving him an injection, but Anupama stops her. Raghav, distressed, pleads with Anupama not to send him back and promises to work. Moved, Anupama gets emotional seeing him like this.
Meanwhile, Aryan, growing bolder, claims the Kothari family’s luxuries are rightfully his. He rudely orders juice and mistreats the staff. Rahi confronts him, reminding him that past injustices don’t justify current behavior. She tries to bond with Aryan, envisioning a united family. However, Gautam, watching from a distance, becomes uneasy about their growing closeness. While Prarthana believes Rahi is the only one who can handle Aryan, Gautam shuts her down and decides to separate Aryan from Rahi and Prem.
Anupama gently questions Raghav about what triggered his behavior and who hurt him. He vaguely references Parag’s picture, leaving Anupama stunned. Ansh notices her reaction and starts connecting the dots between Raghav and Parag. Elsewhere, Vasundhara vows to donate a gold necklace to God if Prem and Rahi return. Aryan cunningly manipulates the Kotharis into praying instead, scheming to take over Prem’s position and rights.
Anupama asks Khyati to assist Leela, but Leela voices concern that Vasundhara might disapprove of Anupama bringing Khyati home. Anupama stands firm, saying Khyati will stay with them regardless. Khyati agrees to help at Anu Ki Rasoi, though Leela disapproves and remains focused on Raghav’s presence. Vasundhara decides to give Aryan his own room, discussing it with Anil. Rahi stands up for Khyati, prompting Vasundhara to scold her for behaving like Anupama. Rahi begins to fear that Khyati and Parag may reunite.
Pari informs Anupama that Ishani is falling in with the wrong crowd, prompting Anupama to confront her. Meanwhile, Aryan boldly takes Prem’s seat at the dining table. Parag misses Khyati, while Rahi and Prem talk about the complicated bond between her and Parag. Leela questions Mahi about her whereabouts, and Mahi replies that Meeta is launching a jewelry business and Rahi invited her. Leela warns her to stay away from Prem and Rahi. At the same time, Pakhi is worried about Ishani, who is out partying with her friends.
Vasundhara tries to stop Prem and Rahi from visiting Anupama, citing Parag’s discomfort over Khyati staying there. Surprisingly, Parag allows them to go. Later, Aryan plots to take over the family business and begins manipulating Parag to achieve his goal. In a quiet moment, Raghav apologizes to Anupama for his earlier behavior. She advises him to control his temper and not make her life harder. Anupama then introduces Khyati to Raghav, who looks at her, trying to recall who she is.
