Devika tries to reach out to Vikram for help, but Suman answers the call instead. Sensing trouble, Vikram pretends he has no connection to Devika. Suman silently suspects something is off but doesn’t voice her doubt. She questions Vikram about his recent visits to the laboratory, which he denies. She warns him that any harm to her family, even a minor one, could have serious consequences.
Determined to uncover the truth, Suman and Akhil head to the laboratory together. During the journey, Suman grows emotional while recalling memories of Teerth, struggling to accept the possibility that he could love or marry someone else. Suddenly, Akhil reveals his suspicion about Vikram’s shady behavior. Suman starts connecting the dots and realizes that Vikram, who knew exactly where the samples were being tested, may have manipulated the reports.
Their suspicion leads them to a hospital where Suman, fed up, threatens the receptionist with exposure of the hospital’s illicit activities unless he cooperates. Intimidated, the receptionist confesses that both Kritika and Devika were frequent visitors—and that Guru secretly visited Kritika there as well. Akhil and Suman are stunned by the revelation.
Just then, Suman receives a call from her son Rishi, informing her that the Haldi ceremony is about to begin at the Mittal house. He expresses his fear of losing his father, but Suman reassures him that she won’t let the marriage take place and rushes back with Akhil. Meanwhile, Hema attempts to reveal Vikram’s true nature to Bhoomi, but Bhoomi refuses to hear anything against the man she loves. Vikram arrives, silencing Hema with his dominating presence. He once again manipulates the situation by professing his love and proposing to Bhoomi with a ring, successfully regaining her trust and leaving her ecstatic.
At the Haldi ceremony, when the priest asks for the groom, Guru discovers Teerth is missing from his room. Kritika and Devika panic, fearing he has fled the wedding again. Chandrakant questions his wife Gitanjali, who also has no idea where their son is. In a secluded spot, Teerth sits alone, holding a photo of Suman, conflicted and sorrowful. He never intended to hurt her, but feels trapped with no option other than marrying Kritika. Gitanjali eventually finds him and gently urges him to return with her.
