Adit confronts Kapil, insisting on presenting his idea in person, but Kapil dismisses him, saying Adit already sent a representative and overstepped by causing a scene. He gives Adit two minutes and asks him to leave. Meanwhile, at a natural clinic, Pratima meets Kusum, and both reflect on fate constantly bringing them together. As they chat, Pratima points out her would-be daughter-in-law, Mangal, but Kusum mistakenly sees another girl.
Adit later arrives at the clinic and meets Kusum, sharing that his meeting with Kapil went poorly. Pratima joins them and praises Adit, unaware of the strained history between Adit and Mangal. She invites them to the Gauri Pooja at Kalamandir, but they initially decline. Outside, Mangal helps Pratima, who asks her to perform the pooja. Mangal refuses, shocking Pratima. Kusum, hearing Mangal’s voice, grows suspicious and tells Adit she wants to confront her about past betrayal. Adit discourages her.
Later, Mangal’s staff gifts her traditional clothes and urges her to join the Gauri Pooja. Though Mangal declines at first, she agrees to go after finishing work when her team refuses to attend without her. Meanwhile, Adit and Kusum’s travel plans are disrupted due to a transport strike. Kusum suggests attending the pooja since they’re still in town and were invited by Pratima, but Adit remains hesitant.
