Malishka secretly steals Rishi’s money. Meanwhile, Lakshmi and Shalu sneak into her room to retrieve her phone. They spot it on the table and quickly unlock it, only to be stunned by what they discover. Before Malishka notices, they place the phone on the bed. She walks in, picks it up, and leaves the room unaware. Outside, Malishka tells the driver to stay behind and drives off alone. Lakshmi and Shalu follow her in their car. Around the same time, Rishi steps out after his shower and realizes one lakh rupees is missing. He questions Ayush, who denies taking it. Both are puzzled over who the thief could be.
As Malishka drives, she notices a car tailing her. Lakshmi tells Shalu that Malishka is fooling everyone and they need solid proof to expose her. Malishka takes a sharp turn to confirm if she’s being followed but accidentally crashes into a vegetable cart. An argument breaks out, and a woman hits Malishka on the head, knocking her unconscious. Lakshmi and Shalu rush to help, scolding the attacker for harming a pregnant woman. They pay for the damages and hurry Malishka to the hospital.
At the hospital, doctors admit Malishka. Ayush calls Shalu, who lies and says she’s at the mall before cutting the call. Curious, Ayush and Rishi decide to head to the mall. Lakshmi questions Shalu about the lie just as the doctor returns, saying Malishka is stable. The doctor requests that her husband be contacted for testing related to both him and the baby. After she leaves, Shalu wonders if they should inform Balwinder. Lakshmi, however, sees this as an opportunity. She says the blood test can finally reveal Malishka’s truth and begins laying out her plan to Shalu.
