The Episode starts with Virat gripping the gun’s barrel, daring the terrorist to lay a finger on Amruta. Amruta grows anxious for Virat’s safety, but he soon overpowers the terrorist. Furious, Virat demands to know how he dared to touch Amruta, triggering her memories of a time when he had protected her before.
Later, Virat and Amruta lock eyes, lost in a moment. Meanwhile, the terrorist seizes an opportunity, grabbing the gun and deciding to shoot Amruta to teach Virat a lesson. As he pulls the trigger, Virat recalls his past and instinctively steps in front of Amruta, taking the bullet for her. The police arrest the terrorist while Amruta rushes to Virat, who collapses. Ranvir begins regaining fragments of his past as Virat before losing consciousness. Amruta frantically calls for a doctor.
Amruta informs Dildar that Virat has been shot and is now in the city hospital. Nimrit recalls Anjali’s words about Virat always being willing to risk his life for Amruta.
Meanwhile, Abhir tells Manvi that Virat has been admitted to the city hospital and insists they must prevent him from remembering his past. Manvi agrees and takes out a memory-blocking injection, declaring they must use it to ensure Virat doesn’t regain his memories.
At the hospital, Amruta stays by Virat’s side as he asks her what she would do without him, reminding her that he had saved her at the bank and now on the airplane. Believing that Virat has regained his memory, Amruta is overjoyed, but he is quickly taken into surgery.
Babita tells Dildar that Virat must be the real one, as no one else would risk their life for Amruta. However, Bhavani remains skeptical, acknowledging Ranvir’s heroism but refusing to believe he is Virat. Soon, Harsh emerges from the operation theater and announces that the surgery was successful. Abhir and Manvi arrive at the hospital.
Manvi questions Harsh about another doctor, expressing her distrust, given his connection to Amruta. Harsh counters that if he truly wanted Ranvir dead, he wouldn’t have saved him in the first place. Enraged, Manvi raises her hand to slap him, but Amruta stops her and remarks on her behavior.
Later, Amruta sits beside Virat and promises that once he regains consciousness, she will never leave him. Meanwhile, Manvi sneaks into Virat’s room disguised as a nurse, preparing to inject him with the memory-blocking drug. However, she spots Amruta in the room. Harsh, noticing Manvi, intervenes and claims he sent the nurse to check Virat’s vitals. He then asks Amruta to step outside, saying he needs to talk to her. Trusting him, Amruta takes one last glance at Virat before leaving the room.
Seizing the moment, Manvi injects the memory-blocking drug into Virat’s IV drip, determined to keep him from recalling his past until she fulfills her revenge against the Ahuja family.
