The Episode begins with Pinky informing Roshan that Rani is responsible for Narayani Aunty’s condition. Digvijay administers an injection to help Narayani recover. Ishaan arrives to visit Narayani, and Pinky seizes the opportunity to accuse Devu in front of everyone. Devu defends herself, insisting she has done nothing wrong, but Pinky shocks her and Ishaan by revealing that Digvijay applied vermilion to Rani’s hairline.
Madhuri and Chitra console Rani, assuring her that everything will be fine soon. Pinky warns Devu that if Baa learns the truth, she will be thrown out of the house. Ishaan intervenes, asking Pinky to stop blaming Devu, but Pinky reminds Digvijay how Rani’s father and brothers mistreated Ishaan. Digvijay gets furious, and just then, Narayani regains consciousness. She immediately tells Digvijay to stay away from Rani, refusing to accept their marriage. Narayani instructs Pinky to inform Baa, believing she will find a solution. Devu, enraged, lashes out at Rani for stepping into her marital home.
Gayatri informs Chitra and Madhuri about Narayani’s recovery and sends them to the kitchen to bring something for Rani. She then tells Rani that discussions about her marriage are now official. Overwhelmed with regret, Rani laments falling in love with Digvijay, calling it the biggest mistake of her life. She questions why love, often described as a beautiful gift, is bringing her so much suffering. Rani feels her father’s curse is responsible for her situation and believes her life is meaningless unless she becomes a doctor. Gayatri consoles her, offering hope and reassurance. Rani expresses her regret, saying that had she known Digvijay’s true intentions, she would never have let him manipulate her. Gayatri advises her to trust Kanha Ji, assuring that one day, Digvijay will come back to her. She then asks Rani to get ready, as Pandit Ji is arriving to set an auspicious date for her wedding.
Digvijay, seething with anger, locks himself in his room, recalling Rani’s harsh words. He refuses to accept her accusations and believes she is making him the villain to gain sympathy. When Alisha calls him, he switches off his phone. Alisha then contacts Pinky, who reveals that Digvijay has married Rani. Pinky, claiming to be Alisha’s good friend, promises not to hide anything from her. Alisha, confused, asks why Digvijay applied vermilion to Rani’s hairline. Pinky invites her over to sort things out, leaving Alisha puzzled about Digvijay’s decision to allow Rani into his life.
Elsewhere, Ishaan stops Devu from arguing with Rani, advising her to stay calm, but Devu snaps back, telling him to stay out of her and Rani’s matters.
Pandit Ji informs Vijay that the auspicious time for the wedding is set for the following evening. Concerned about the short notice, Gayatri and her husband ask Vijay how they will manage everything in such little time. Narayani, frustrated, questions why no one considered her before making decisions about her son.
Vijay explains that they are trying to conceal the truth to prevent Digvijay from being blamed for ruining a girl’s life. Narayani insists that they must wait for Baa’s decision. Gayatri assures her that Baa has already agreed and wants a quick resolution. However, Narayani objects, wondering how they can unite two people who are enemies. The family argues that they are prioritizing Digvijay’s reputation and career. Vijay urges them to begin the wedding preparations, while Pinky grows anxious, realizing no one is listening to Narayani.
Bhabi learns from Rani that she has married Digvijay, leading to her father breaking off their engagement. Rani gives Bhabi instructions on how to care for her father, hoping that her love and concern will remind him of her. Bhabi asks when Rani will return home, but Rani breaks down, confessing that Digvijay doesn’t love her and that marrying him was a grave mistake.
Devu arrives, and Neha overhears the conversation. Devu accuses Rani of ruining her happiness and married life. Rani defends herself, stating that she never intended to hurt Devu. However, Devu refuses to listen, demanding to know why Rani came back to destroy her peace. Heartbroken, Devu declares that Rani has ruined her life and ends their friendship.
