The episode starts with Kalikant welcoming Bhairav Behl into the Thakur mansion, but Bhairav becomes emotional, recalling his late wife Malathi. Rohan notices Bhairav’s hesitation in greeting Kalikant and questions him. Bhairav apologizes, and Kalikant reassures him, mentioning his own experience as a father. He then introduces Suraj and Sapna to Jagriti’s family.
Ganga blesses Jagriti, assuring her that Akash will take good care of her. Meanwhile, Ganga teases Suraj about his childhood crush on Sapna, which makes Jagriti recall Suraj’s past words. She asks Akash if he knew about Suraj’s feelings for Sapna. Akash denies it but states that while it’s fine if they like each other, he doesn’t trust Sapna. He then reminds Jagriti about their plan to visit the Chitta settlement, and she agrees.
Later, Sapna sneaks into a room searching for rings and finds them. Ganga unknowingly places them in the cupboard before leaving, unaware that Sapna is hiding. Seizing the opportunity, Sapna swaps her ring with Jagriti’s, believing she deserves the best.
At the gathering, Kalikant formally introduces Bhairav Behl to the guests. Meanwhile, Suraj, feeling overshadowed, drinks alcohol in frustration. Sapna questions him, and Suraj complains that Bhairav is being given more importance than them. Kalindi approaches Suraj and initially expresses doubt about his worthiness as Kalikant’s successor but then reveals that Sapna’s trust in him has made her reconsider.
Akash and Jagriti execute their plan, with Jagriti pretending to feel dizzy in front of everyone. Akash takes her to his room and locks the door. They then sneak out to the Chitta settlement, where they perform a pooja for Goddess Vandevi with the Chitta people. Akash mentions how things would have been better if a certain person were present, and Jagriti realizes he is talking about Jaggu. Kachori then shows them a painting Akash made of Jaggu, impressing Jagriti. She praises Akash for keeping Jaggu’s dream alive and vows to support him.
Back at the mansion, Kalikant asks Bhairav if Jagriti is ready for the ring ceremony. Suraj volunteers to fetch Jagriti and Akash. Manisha, alerted to Suraj’s approach, tries to delay him by spilling water on him, but he eventually proceeds to Akash’s room. When Suraj finds no response from inside, he tries to break the door. Meanwhile, Akash and Jagriti sneak back in through the window, and Akash quickly opens the door, making up an excuse. Suraj then questions Jagriti about her dirty clothes, and she claims she went to the balcony for fresh air.
During the ring ceremony, Ganga brings the rings, but Kalikant notices they have been swapped. Before anyone can question it, Sapna quickly puts the ring on her finger, avoiding suspicion.
