The Episode starts with Abhir and Amruta sitting down for the pre-engagement ceremony. A servant hands a ring to Virat, who gets lost in memories of his past with Amruta. Overwhelmed, Virat suddenly loses consciousness. Manvi panics and asks Prakash to call the doctor. At the Ahuja house, wind blows causing Virat’s photo to almost fall. Amruta quickly catches it and silently prays for his well-being. Bhavani reassures Amruta that everything is fine and asks Mandira to proceed with the ritual. Mandira agrees. The doctor examines Virat and finds his blood pressure dangerously high, warning that it could be life-threatening. Manvi urgently asks the doctor to administer an injection. Mandira attempts to drape the Chunri over Amruta, but it gets caught on a nail, preventing her from completing the ritual. Babita intervenes, takes the Chunri, and completes the ceremony, remarking that this is a sign Amruta still belongs to Virat. The doctor advises Manvi to stop Virat’s medication for two days, warning that continuing it could put his life at risk. Manvi remains silent. Babita sends Bhavani’s medicine to the Ahuja house, suspecting that Bhavani is emotionally manipulating Amruta. She decides to investigate by checking the medicine.
Dr. Solanki informs Amruta that while Bhavani is improving, she is not completely fine. He then asks Amruta for some water. While she steps away, he advises Bhavani to hide her reports so that Amruta doesn’t find out the truth. Bhavani agrees and conceals them just before Amruta returns with the medicine. After taking the medicine, Dr. Solanki leaves. Abhir asks Dildar if their plan will work. Dildar confidently assures him that it will. Abhir’s goons harass Amruta, intending for Abhir to step in and play the hero. However, the plan backfires when Virat arrives and rescues Amruta instead.
Furious, Abhir confronts Ranvir, demanding that he stay away from his fiancée. Manvi questions why Amruta didn’t call Ranvir, but Abhir interjects, claiming that Ranvir showed up on his own. Ranvir then leaves with Manvi. Virat calls Amruta to congratulate her on her upcoming marriage. Amruta ends the call. A delivery boy brings medicine for Babita, but Bhavani intercepts it before Babita can see it. Relieved, Bhavani thinks to herself that if Babita had checked the medicine, she would have uncovered the truth.
