The Episode starts with Anushka confronting Shalu asking how dare she to have the guts to raise her hand on her. Shalu says Anushka deserves it and warns her that if anything happens to Ayush, she won’t let it go. Anushka insults Shalu, who fires back saying Anushka will never understand the bond she shares with Ayush. Anushka declares she will never let Shalu and Ayush be together, but Shalu confidently replies, saying their connection is unbreakable. Anushka threatens that if Shalu doesn’t cut ties with Ayush, he will be the one who will suffer. Shalu refuses to back off, and declares that from now on, she will always stand by Ayush’s side.

Rishi is driving car with Malishka beside him. He thinks about Ayush. Malishka tells Rishi that if he doesn’t want to stay with her, he doesn’t have to. She reminds him that he already knows how she feels about Lakshmi and asks him to just be there for her when she needs him, saying he is free to do whatever he wants the rest of the time. Rishi suggests they shall go to the hospital, as he is worried about Ayush. Malishka agrees. Lakshmi notices a pregnant woman looking thirsty and offers her water. The woman, assumes Lakshmi to be pregnant as well, offers her a mango. Her husband quickly steps in to clarify that Lakshmi is not pregnant, and the woman apologizes, explaining she thought so because Lakshmi was at the hospital. Lakshmi takes a piece of mango and leaves.

Rishi walks inside the hospital and accidentally bumps into Lakshmi, causing her to trip, but he holds her just in time, and for a moment, they both recall their first meeting, feeling a spark between them. Shalu sees Malishka, who asks what she is doing there. Malishka quickly makes up an excuse for her arrival there, but Shalu sees through it and calls her out. Malishka says Shalu doesn’t know who she is. Shalu says she knows exactly who Malishka is and adds that if it weren’t for the Lohri incident involving Anushka, Malishka would have harmed Lakshmi. Shalu walks away, leaving Malishka fuming. Malishka decides to teach a lesson to Shalu and leaves.

Rishi asks Lakshmi if she is planning to leave him. Lakshmi is taken aback and shocked, and asks why he isasking that. Rishi explains that he felt a spark between them, something he only feels when they meet after a long time or when they are about to be apart for a while. He repeats his question, asking if she is going to leave him. Lakshmi gets confused and asks how he can say such things and apologizes. Their conversation is interrupted with the arrival of the nurse. The nurse informs Rishi that Ayush can be taken home. Rishi is overjoyed to hear that Ayush is safe. Shalu, who overhears the news, is relieved and happily hugs Lakshmi, who hopes Shalu will always stay happy. Ayush returns home with his family. Everyone asks him to rest. Ayush tells Karishma that how happy he is to see her love for him. Karishma affectionately reassures him of her feelings for him. Dadi sits to talk to Ayush. Ayush thanks his family for their support, but Dadi slaps him teasingly, asking him not to thank the family. Shalu is about to leave, but Ayush asks her to stay back.

Precap: Neelam asks Karishma to do what Ayush wants. Ayush wipes Lakshmi’s tears and tells that she has given him life like giving a life to a son, and says she shall never go from there. Rishi says she can’t go from there in any of the births. Neelam asks Lakshmi to fulfill her promise and pack her bags.
