The Episode starts with Chandan receiving a call from Meher. Sensing that she has something important to say, he urges her to speak. Meher asks him to come to their house immediately, stressing its importance. Chandan agrees to meet them. Meanwhile, Simran questions Meher about why she hadn’t informed Chandan about everything. Meher explains that it’s crucial for Chandan to witness the situation firsthand. Simran tells Meghla that her family has never disrespected her in-laws, emphasizing that love and respect should go both ways. Harman still believes that Chandan would never do anything to harm them.
Amarjeet harshly criticizes Meghla and her family, prompting Meghla to defend them and plead with Amarjeet to stop insulting her parents. Amarjeet calls her an orphan, leaving Meghla stunned. However, she tells him he can insult her but not her parents. Zoravar mocks Meghla, and Meher vents her frustration towards her. Balveer decides to buy gifts on his own, but Meghla urges him to wait for Chandan before proceeding. Just then, Ranbir arrives and learns about the gifts. Meghla reassures him, claiming there’s likely a misunderstanding. Zoravar subtly taunts Meher, upsetting her further.
Later, Chandan arrives at Ranbir’s house and is confused by the behavior of Ranbir’s family. Meher then decides to show him the gifts. Param goes inside to retrieve them, and Meghla confronts Chandan about sending old and torn clothes as gifts for Ranbir’s family. She accuses him of doing this because she isn’t his biological daughter. Chandan is shocked and hurt by her words. Arjun questions Meghla’s treatment of Chandan, but she defends her actions, siding with him. Meher, misunderstanding Meghla, confronts her. Zoravar intervenes, stating that while he hasn’t accepted Meghla as his daughter-in-law, the wedding is about more than just the couple—it’s about both families. Ranbir then enters the scene.
Kamla explains to Chandan the reason behind their behavior towards him. Balveer asks Chandan if they have ever pressured him, emphasizing that they would have been happy even if he couldn’t afford gifts. He expresses his disappointment with Chandan. Amarjeet also rebukes Chandan. Chandan insists that he would never do anything to insult them and is ashamed of the situation. Simran then shows Chandan the gifts, and he is shocked to see the old and torn clothes. Meher informs Chandan that both Ranbir and Meghla received their gifts in good condition. Chandan apologizes to Ranbir’s family, saying he is ashamed of the situation and insists that he didn’t know about it. He begs them to believe him. Meghla tells Chandan that Ranbir’s family doesn’t deserve such insults. Chandan breaks down in distress.
Arjun suggests that someone must be behind this, but Chandan claims he doesn’t know who it could be and is deeply ashamed of everything that has happened. Simran and others urge Chandan to share his suspicions. Chandan recalls his previous conversation with Adrija but insists that he won’t accuse anyone without proof. Zoravar starts taunting Chandan, and Ranbir asks him to stop. Chandan expresses his pain to Meghla, assuring her that she is always like a daughter to him. Ranbir tells Chandan that someone deliberately orchestrated the situation to humiliate both him and Meghla.
Precap: Ranbir lies to his family, telling them that Chandan sent the gifts for them. Just as this happens, Chandan arrives with more gifts, leaving Ranbir, Meghla, and the entire family stunned as they realize Ranbir has lied. Zoravar harshly criticizes Meghla.
