Panibai confronts Durga, accusing her of endangering Anurag’s life and landing him in the hospital. She demands that Durga leave immediately. Anubhav steps in, warning Panibai not to harm Durga, but Panibai pushes him aside and forcibly tries to remove Durga, causing her to fall to the floor. Madhav reminds Panibai that they are in a hospital. Spotting the prasad Durga brought for Anurag, Panibai mocks her and declares she won’t allow Durga to offer it, ordering her to take it and leave.
Vikram intervenes, offering to handle Durga. Sarcastically, Durga retorts that Vikram has already “handled” her by marrying her off to someone like Rajesh. She then reveals the injuries Rajesh inflicted on her. Turning to Anubhav, she requests him to place a flower on Anurag’s forehead. Panibai refuses, ridiculing her belief, but Durga asks Panibai not to discriminate between her God and theirs, stressing that God is the same for all.
Anant scolds Anubhav for acting without informing the family, but Anubhav defends his decision, explaining that Durga came out of concern for Anurag. A heated argument erupts between Durga and the Rathore family, particularly Panibai. When Vikram threatens Durga with punishment, she boldly declares she fears nothing and admits to donating blood to save Anurag. Panibai, enraged, slaps Durga and snatches away the prasad. Madhav intervenes, saying there was no need to strike Durga.
Meanwhile, Durga discreetly gives the prasad and flower to a nurse, requesting her to place the flower on Anurag’s forehead for his recovery. Panibai tries to stop the nurse, branding Durga as their family’s enemy, but the nurse reveals that Durga donated blood to save Anurag. Ignoring Panibai, the nurse takes the flower and places it on Anurag’s forehead. Shortly after, Anurag regains consciousness and asks if Durga came to see him. The nurse informs him about Durga’s life-saving gesture, and he requests to meet her. The nurse agrees to convey the message.
Elsewhere, Vikram vows to instruct the nurse not to place the flower on Anurag, prompting Madhav to criticize him. Durga reminds Vikram that he made her the face of the Kabela tribe and warns him to fulfill his promise of helping her secure a medical seat, or his career will suffer. Vikram retaliates with harsh words, but Durga confidently counters him and leaves. Anubhav attempts to follow her, but Anant and Vikram stop him, issuing an ultimatum: if he supports Durga, he must sever ties with the family.
Later, the nurse informs the Rathore family that Anurag regained consciousness after the flower was placed on his forehead. Nurse tells Vikram that Anurag wants to meet Durga. Vikram reacts furiously to the revelation.
Precap: Rakesh says to Durga that look everyone wants me to punish you. Durga says to him that if he raises his hand on her it won’t be good. Rajesh charges at Durga with a sickle. Meera goes to stop Rajesh and in the argument Rajesh gets stabbed, shocking everyone.
