Angoori suggests Tiwari find Gulfaam Kali to introduce her to David. Vibhu counters, saying David needs a genuine friend who can respect and comfort him. Tiwari asks where he’ll find such a woman. Vibhu jokes that Ammaji would be perfect. Furious, Tiwari refuses, saying she’d never be friends with David. Vibhu points out that Ramfal is already her friend, so it’s no big deal. Just then, Ammaji arrives and hears the conversation. She warns Vibhu to help David strengthen his body if he wants her as a friend. Vibhu agrees and leaves. Tiwari asks why Ammaji said that, and she responds that she’ll do anything for her son’s safety. Tiwari is impressed.
Meanwhile, David is on a call, mentioning his fondness for heavyset women. He spots Ammaji working out with dumbbells and is mesmerized. Ammaji asks if he’s never seen a woman exercise before. David replies he’s seen many but never one as beautiful as her. Ammaji invites him to watch a movie with her, ordering him to book a corner seat.
Later, at dinner, David and Ammaji happily discuss the movie. Everyone is glad to see David in a good mood. Ammaji praises David, saying he has a soft heart. Tiwari agrees and jokingly calls him old. David pretends to take offense, terrifying Tiwari, before revealing it was a joke. Relieved, Tiwari laughs. Ammaji tells David to imagine her face on Tiwari’s if he ever gets angry at him. David does so and, in a mix-up, kisses Tiwari, leaving Ammaji shyly retreating.
Ammaji snacks as Tiwari complains that David imagining her as him threatens his dignity. She advises him to talk to Vibhu.
David and Ammaji go on a date, enjoying each other’s company. David gifts her a flower and recites poetry. Vibhu and Tiwari spy on them, bringing Tillu disguised as a woman. Vibhu tells Tillu to interrupt. Anxiously, Tillu approaches and sits on David’s lap. Ammaji and Tillu exchange winks before Ammaji yells at David, accusing him of being dishonorable. She storms off, leaving David upset.
At home, a dejected David is comforted by Vibhu and Anu. David declares it’s better to be alone than to have a partner. When asked about Ammaji, he says he’s left her and feels worse. Vibhu and Anu ask how they can help. David asks them to help him move on from Ammaji. As they wait for him to mention his wealth, David unexpectedly declares he’ll apologize to everyone he hurt and visit the temple to pray. Finally, he says he’ll give Vibhu and Anu 19 crores, keeping only 1 crore for himself. He asks Anu to fetch his laptop and reveals the password is “greedy lady,” shocking her. She checks the account but finds it frozen. David then gets a call informing him that he lost the case and Diana took all the money. Frustrated, Anu and Vibhu are left speechless.
