Jahnvi accuses Deepika of killing her baby and snatching her limelight. She threatens to destroy Deepika and make her lose everything. Chirag hears that and warns Jahnvi to stay away from Deepika or else he will expose her evil intentions to family. Later, Deepika visits hospital with Neelima for her routine pregnancy checkup. Mishka asks why did she take some other gynecologist’s appointment while she is the best gynec. Deepika says she didn’t want to disturb a best gynec for just a routine checkup and walks away, leaving Mishka frustrated.
Mishka visits Siddharth’s house and learns that he has gone to the temple. Deepika also visits temple after her checkup. Mishka reaches temple and seeing Deepika calls hospital and tells nurse that her father is Dr Chirag’s patient and suffered a heart attack near temple and requests to send Chirag there immediately. Deepika prays god to protect her baby whom she nicks Laddu. She feels happy seeing Siddharth there and smiling chats with him. Chirag reaches temple to visit the patient and feels disheartened seeing Deepika with Siddharth.
Back home, Lavanya shows Chirag’s childhood clothes and toys to Deepika and shares emotional bonding with Deepika. Siddharth returns to hospital feeling upset. Mishka bribes peon and makes him keep Deepika and Siddharth’s pics on Chirag’s desk. Chirag returns to hospital. Mishka shows him pics and makes him believe that Deepika is having an affair with Siddharth and her baby belongs to Siddharth. Chirag panics thinking Deepika betrayed him. Mishka calls her lawyer and asks him to prepare Chirag and Deepika’s divorce papers. Deepika hears her conversation and calls her. Mishka stands shocked seeing her.
Precap: Deepika confronts Chirag for trying to kill her baby. Chirag shows her negative fertility report and questions whose baby she is carrying. Deepika refuses to answer and leaves home.
